    If I could do only one upper body workout every week then this would be my choice. Seriously, it's a killer workout and it targets all the major muscles in the upper body. Hope you guys enjoy it. Thank me tomorrow when you're feeling the soreness 😉💙 I was using 10kg dumbbells.

      I switched between 4 and 6 Kg and during the entire workout I was wondering how the hell did he use 10 Kg for all the exercises 😂😂 ..Thanks for this great workout. I've been looking for full upper body workout that is short yet intense like this one😍😍

    Waouh ! Doing one of your courses every mourning. This one is much intense and one of my favorite !
    One suggestion : would you add a 10/15 minutes workout specifically for calves. I do not find any on your channel or with a very limited time during the legs workout.

      I was using 10kg dumbbells for this one. But go for a weight where you can keep good form, but that will still challenge you! And then keep increasing the weights as you get back to do this workout again. 💪
