Love this video!! Climbing and cooking, he’ll yeah! Ethan, I’m going to share a tip about kale that my Scandinavian wife taught me to make it less chewy. Getting tech here but I know you guys will appreciate this. After you chop it up, soak it in 110 degree water for 10 minutes and that breaks down the tough cellular walls of the kale and gives it a soft and lovely texture. It’s a total game changer. Cheers;)🍷
