These lights are super easy to install and should only take 10-15 minutes of your time. (Link provided below.) The best part is that there is no additional wiring required on your part, the trucks are already pre-wired for this awesome addition. (One that Toyota charges $310 for!)
They put out TONS of bright white LED light and makes your truck look that much nicer.

I took off 2 screws instead of 3 on the 2023 SR5. Yes super easy to do using OEM Toyota parts.

FYI: This Dasbecan brand of lights crapped out (1 began flashing) on me few months shy of two years (reviews show some of the same results) - and that was under a camper shell. You can find OEM lights for around $60

Thanks Troy! Yeah I hit 1K subscribers on June 9th which was exciting. I’m still trying to figure out the ads and such! My videos have been a bit scattered lately but I try to post when I have something new going on around the house, with the truck, or with vending..
Too many bolts removed, only need to take out the first and third (starting from the bottom) 10mm bolts. Then the clips, not using them correctly. The body mounted harness clip stays clipped where it was. The other clip on the light harness goes into the rectangular hole just above the hole you passed the bed light harness thru. When you do it this way you see just how tidy it all is.

Can you add caulk to seal it?
Hey your welcome! I’m sure you could caulk it but I didn’t. Might be worth looking into just to be extra safe..
I see you have the lights in your grille. I just picked up a 23 and looking for grille lights that are turned on by a toggle switch. Preferred one in the oem slot to the left of the steering wheel. Have you messed with anything like that before?
I haven’t tried anything like that. I’ve got mine setup to run anytime the truck is turned on. (I also toggle and use the parking lights or running lights with them) whichever they are called
I have 2022 tacoma SR. It has the cutouts but there is no switch in the cab. I think it only works for the higher trim levels.
I have sr5 and I don't the switch either
Well yeah it's an SR. You'd have to look for something that has a full kit.

I have 2021 tacoma SX I have the cut outs in the bed but I only have a brake light on top of the cab. Is this model also prewired?
I’m Sure it it. Those little cutouts pop back in easily, wouldn’t hurt to check real quick before ordering..

I do not have the switch on and off for the bedlight on the board.

I have the 2021 extra cab trd 4x4 Manual Trans. long bed, basically the same truck as you but not 4 door model, and I do not have the switch either 😕 is that an add on?
Mine wasn’t added on. There was always a switch there that powers the 3rd brake light as sort of a bed light.
Can you wire these directly to the battery?
That’s a good question. I don’t see why not. But then again, I’ve never done it myself. May have to wire them in like the Raptor Lights do, from an add-a-fuse adapter into the fuse box..
I put the same on my truck but they are not working, i don't have power on thw rear harness, but the upper cargo light is working
What year is you're truck? I'm assuming you have the compatible harness coming from your truck and the 3rd brake light switch is on?
@@WesleyAllenNC its a 2020, i do have the oem harness and my switch its on, the 3dr brake ligth is working fine but the rear harness its not getting any power, fuse and relay are ok 😔

Dang that sucks. It could be a fuse, but double check all connections. Is your 3rd brake light coming on when you turn the switch?

Be careful driving around with white lights facing rearward the cops will pull you over for white light facing backwards.
True. These lights are almost always off unless you switch them on. They turn on/off with the factory switch for the 3rd brake light 💡
this DOES NOT work on every Taco! I have 2016 TRD PRO and those access ports DO NOT exist.
