Last year (2021), I started bird-dawgin this Italian beauty.
In September 2022, I gave Plano, Texas USA Moto Guzzi a $500 deposit.
Early in the morning of 10/17/2022, on the Moto Guzzi USA web store, I entered my online “reservation” for the 2023 V100 Mandello Sport in “Centenario” Livery (premium Verde 2121 color) - Special Edition $17,490.
The customer care representative told me my Order# 190 was the 1st V100 Mandello order received by Moto Guzzi USA.
    I’m SUPER EXCITED!
To me, the V100 Mandello is STUNNINGLY EXOTIC & HANDSOME!
BUT, I want the GOLD wheels!!!

      Lucky You! 👍
In Sweden we can´t order it yet.
I totally agree with you, the gold wheels would be fantastic on the S model!

It looks like one hell of a bike package for both cruising and touring; we’ll done Guzzi, an iconic motorcycle firm.

I received my V100 S about six days ago, and I have to say that I agree with all of the reviewer's remarks. What can't really be transmitted through the video is just how well all of these components work together, and I think that the key is the fact that the engine is not overpowered. I'm sure Guzzi could have squeezed another 30hp at least out of it but I find that the hp/tq curve is in perfect harmony with the chassis, tires, and suspension. Even if you twist hard, you just go faster, never coming close to losing control. Sure, I'd take extra power if it were offered (who wouldn't) but I think it will already take me a while to take it anywhere close to its limits as is. Great job Guzzi.

That would be the bike I’d want for road trips. It’s so beautiful.

Being a Guzzi owner of old I absolutely love this bike. However, it appears there's no provision to install a center stand which could be a bit of a dealbreaker for me. Hope I'm wrong!

I think there will be a center stand as an option. I´ve been on the look for information and somewhere (can´t remeber where, though...) I saw that there would be a center stand in the option list.
Time will tell, I will ask about that on thursday at the Eicma show.

You can mount a centre stand, around 200 dollars I think it is

Those side-exiting head pipes look vulnerable in a fall. Likewise, will an impact to the head pipe direct enough energy into the cylinder head to damage it?

    • @anderscarlsson9617
      @anderscarlsson9617 Год назад +1

They have some really nice guards for the head pipes. On the Eicma there where two different versions. One really neat one that you almast can´t see and one a little sturdier that also can act as a bracket for extra lights.

Did I miss the horsepower and Torque ratings? Is there anything exciting about this bike? What are the advantages of owning it? No chain to maintain?

A lot. 115 hp and a V2. Shaft is just the cherry on the cake. :) Drop by, you may like it.

Saying "bring you back with motoguzzi air liquid engine"!!!! Yes but this is water cool engine!!!! At the end everyone is coming in watercool engines, espessially Europeans and Americans. Japanese knows better.
