That could get you apartment between 80 to 130 square meters, 2 to 3 bedrooms, balcony, 1 or 2 parking spots, laundry area, and running water 24/7. There are many videos on apartment sales on youtube. All you have to do is type in "condominio en venta" and the name of the city.
