1 minute din po. Dapat naka-totally rest ka po or in the morning pag gising para mas accurate. Count your heart rate ng 10 seconds and then multiply by 6.

How to Before the activity and After the activity ?
Hi Neil!! You need to get your heart rate before and after the 3-minute step test. To do that, count your pulse beat for 1 minute. Hope that helps.

It varies between 60-80 bpm.

After the activity, it also varies. It depends on your intensity, about 140-160 bpm. To get the heart rate, count the heart beat for 1 minute. You just need a stop watch. God bless you!

Hi JC. 2 minutes rest po tapos kunin po ulit ung heart rate. Wala pong interpretation norms na galing ng DepEd. Compare lang po ng heart rate after the step test and after the 2 minutes rest.

Hi Janjalanie! Yan ung heart rate. Bago ka mag step test. Hanapin mo po ung pulse mo sa wrist o sa leeg. Bilangin mo po ung beat ng 10 seconds tapos multiply sa 6 ung sagot. Example, after 10 seconds ung beat ay 15. 15 x 6 = 90 beats po. Gawin mo po ulit yan pagkatapos ng step test.

53-58: Your biological age is slightly younger than your calendar age.
59-65: Your biological age is moderately younger than your calendar age.
66 or more: Your biological age is a lot younger than your calendar age.

10 seconds mo bibilangin tapos ung total multiply mo sa 6. Example, 17 ung pulse beat mo sa 10 seconds. Multiply mo ung 17 sa 6. 17 x 6 = 102 heart rate after 3-minute step test. 😊

Correct Melody. After ng 3 minute-step test kunin mo ulit ung pulse beat mo nang 1 minute. Kung kailangan mo ng "recovery heart rate", mag rest ka nag 2 minutes, then get your heart beat again for 1 minute. Tapos compare mo na sila lahat. Especially ung "after the step-test" at "after magrest ng 2 minutes".
