Sir I'm a university student and I'm studying in health and physical department, so my presentation topic is muscular strength test , so how can I do this test with my classmates.
Hi Shan Ali! When you present this to your classmates, start by explaining what is muscular strength and give examples of sports that need strength. Then, you can proceed to the muscular strength test hy discussing and demonstrating the procedure. Ask them to find a partner, their partner will act as the facilitator that will count and check while they are doing it.

I did push ups like 18 times and i realize i was doing it all wrong so try again and got 19 . And in tha morning i wake up my upper body hurks a lot speacialy my shoulders and my back . Igues this is what happens when you dont do warm ups
It's normal. It means you used your muscles and your push up is effective. If do it regularly your muscles will adjust. :)

Nasasabi na vigorous ang activity based on the heart beat. Kapag umabot sa 60%- 70% ang heart beat during exercise, vigorour un. Jump rope, running, jump squats at madami pang activities ang pwedeng makapag pataas ng heart rate.

Hello po ano po ung Karvonen Min THR at Karvonen Max THR. Ano po ang gagawin d'yan? May mga percent po na pagpipilian like 50%, 70%, etc.

Strength Test? Ah okay. Here is the procedure and formula ng Karvonen Method.
STEP 1 Get your resting heart rate.
STEP 2 Get Heart Rate Max (HRmax), 220 subtract to your age. Example 220-50 years old = 170.
STEP 3 Get your Heart Rate Reserve (HRR). Formula HRmax subtract to Resting Heart Rate.
For example, a 50-year-old with a resting heart rate of 65 would calculate as follows:
220 - 50 = 170 for HRmax
170 - 65 = 105 for RHR
[105 x 0.75 (max intensity)] + 65 = about 144 bpm

With this video there is so many things wrong with it, first of all the fact that you are singling out girls with girl push ups is so wrong. you could call them knee push ups but you instead lead with girls. also when doing a push up test it is to fail not to a certain amount, also these are all macular endurance tests. as someone who is going through a fitness course this is very worrying if you are training people as this could lead to people getting hurt. not hating just giving advice, but I think you need to go back to school again.
Hi! This is a fitness test. The department can have the same test for both gender or different. It is not wrong to have different as this is not a competition against boys and girls, or girls vs girl, or boys vs boys. There is maximum push can you need to do. Watch the video again. Thank you! 1:28 Isn't it sexist to call kneeling push-ups as push-up for girls? Also, why is the maximum number for boys 50, while it's only 25 for girls? Sir, are you implying that girls are physically weaker to boys?
As a modern-day educator, I'm glad you reach students like me in this online setting. But please be more gender-sensetive.
Girls/women are powerful! They can do a lot of things. If they want to do more push ups, they can do that! If they want to do those test for boys. They can do that. The physical test is not to compare boys and girls, or girls to other girls. The test is to know if the person is physically fit. Then, find ways to improve it and look for sports that, that person can join.

But shouldn't physical education instructors (including coaches) at least put a disclaimer in the future? I believe it is in your best interest to not have students with mental complex. They might think of themselves as superior or inferior because of their gender.
