In my 45 years this remains my favorite all time solo. So much raw passion and not so blazing fast that it sounds like many other 80s solos

I was 10, in the back seat of a blue 87' Camero, Z28
No seat belt, T-Tops out! lol..all over the place! Skid Row and bands alike, BLASTING in my 10 year old ears! My mother just remarried a guy 15 years younger than her...I can't lie, he was cool as f*k😆
And he tought me the power of 80s hair bands ballads and metal!🤟
      God, I miss being a kid...here I am, early 40s, dreaming again😆😅🤣

Have to give credit where it's due... One of my hobbies is downloading backing tracks into my Presonus program with the Ampire amp modeler and like others, I learn the guitar parts to songs and record them over the backing tracks. I always come back to Carl as he's (in my opinion) the best on RUclips for comprehensive lessons, along with being the most accurate with how the songs were originally played. In May of last year Scotti Hill posted a video of how to play this solo and Carl having posted this 4 years earlier, pretty much nailed it note for note... He even knew why Scotti did the overhand and knew to use the words "Ringing out" which is how Scotti describes it in the video... Very impressive and thank you for all of the videos!!
