I' m so very sorry to see him in this state before he died..About 8 yrs ago when I lived in Brighton & Hove I' s gone to my life drawing class in a tiny community theatre & when coming out spotted a Fall poster...within 5 minutes I was watching them live!! Absolutely sonic !! A good week because I got to see John Cale ,Patti Smith ( incredible ) and the late great Lee Scratch Perry all on the same week !
Watching this performance makes me feel sad, and wanna cry. Mark. E Smith had 3 months left to live. But at least performed till the very end... rest in peace Mark. E Smith
Had a ticket for this very gig but wasn't feeling well on the night so didn't go. If I'd have known this would have been one of Mark's last ever gigs I would have strapped on a pair of balls and went to the show. I saw them the year before at the O2 so at least I got to experience the madness of The Fall at least once. Rest In Peace Mark :'(
