Millionaires and Billionaires file bankruptcy all the time.. start fresh especially if you got income coming in… I did it last year.. cleared my debt and was able to rebuild my credit IMMEDIATELY within a few months.. learn from the mistakes and do things the right way after
I cannot even count the amount of people that told me it was a mistake sacrificing buying a house so young. All I heard was “girl, live your life”, “ you’re only young once”, “ there’s plenty of time for that later”. BUT now, they’re the ones whom can’t afford rent, the car note or even other living expenses during this inflation. AND everyone of them has their hands out, since they don’t have a nickel and spent every cent they made during their 20’s. Please listen to Anton and don’t listen to the people that don’t have your best interests in mind.

Heath is something you also have to achieve on your own. I’m in my 40s but you would never know that by looking at me 💯 I don’t drink, smoke/drugs, or eat unclean foods. Once GOD wakes you up in the morning YOU MUST DO THE REST 💯🙏🏾

I must admit that the Pandemic changed my life for the better. The solitude made me transition and I downsized my lifestyle because my instincts seen these days coming, so I made some major moves. The middle-class misery movement was a way society sugarcoated and tried to make people feel better about not calling themselves poor. Catering to people Feelings is a corporation in itself . I learned that in 2020

Doesn’t matter how much you make !! It’s how much you save.!if make 75,000 a years and save 20,000 a year that’s 100,000 a year. I know people that make 150,000 a year and have almost no saving while I make 75,000 a year and I have 65,000 a year. Plus I still have a brand New Toyota Venza SUV I put 25,000 down payment and I only owe 18,000 and my car is brand new !!!! Stop listening to people around you their you worst enemies!!!

It’s true 🤦🏾♂️ . Inflation is so rampant. The apt complex I live in….just in 2020 the 2bdr units were starting at $1600/mth. Now when I go on the website to pay the rent, 2bdr units start at $2700/mth. Went up over $1000 in 3 years. Your salary would have had to increase by $13,000 in those 3-4 years to keep up with the inflation. Smh

@@qamyahsharalha2630 the government can’t get rid of it if the people step in. No mortgage, no credit cards, no student loans, no car notes and we back on track. The only difference between middle class and wealthy is they have assets to leverage while middle class doesn’t.
Now I understand why my parents pushed me so hard in school to achieve greatness. Without the grades, I wouldn’t be in the position I am in today. My career will allow me to earn well and live comfortably.

Based off your logic we all need to be rich and that’s not the answer. That would only make things more expensive because of the excessive spending. Look at some of the countries in Europe for example. Government monetary and fiscal policy is what needs to be adjusted. Most society’s have sets of class.

well , if a man must still work , he must still be middle class . contractor, youtube and investor sounds like three jobs to me . wife works for two companies and its nothing wrong with it . its a good blueprint for success however he and she must still work . middle class life is working class ok , rich is really the none working class that have money off of inheritance etc , generational wealth that is 50-100 years in the working

I don’t understand, if you’re in a relationship $125k isn’t that hard to hit - it’s not like an unattainable number.
Why the scare tactics?
Not exactly because that would have to take care of 2 grown adults & of you have kids. For example….mom, dad, and 2 kids get dinner from McDonald’s and spend $35-$40. Even without kids, food is way more expensive, 2 car notes, car insurance for 2 has gotten more expensive for now reason over the last few years. That $125k will get stretched real thin real quick.

You still are going to die whether you are rich or poor. I choose to be minimalist and happy and watch everyone chase the bullshit American dream and accumulate a bunch of assets. Here is the reality when you are on your death bed nothing goes with you and I would rather have the memories then stuff. If you die broke poor and own nothing so what your are still dead. I choose the minimalist way of life and find my pleasure on daily happiness and my advice is to not listen to any of these paper chasers and focus on what makes you happy and keep it simple. There are still plenty of places to live that is affordable and things to do that is rewarding and pays the bills. Remember Jesus will never leave you and this life is only temporary. Think of the much bigger picture.

You certainly will never get a coaching call from me for poor money management or debt problems from me because I have been studying personal finance & accouning before you were born and even using discipline & personal financial software before you were born and even owned a computer before you were born. Alot of financial lessons were also learned before you were born. I certainly do not need to wear a Rolex watch or even drive a luxury car like most black people who have money to flaunt my wealth because True millionaires know that Wealth is invisible.
