They should have taken the deal, now 4 more oblasts have been incorporated into Russia. Once a referendum is held, those areas are non negotiable. Expecting Russia to return Crimea was a non starter. That's not "Putin blocking the deal" that's Zelensky failing to acknowledge reality.
