    1 tbsp tempeh sauce

    1 pack spinach noodles
    --🥦Vegan Braised Spicy "Beef Tendon" Recipe🥦--
    [ Homemade Konjac - "Vegan Tendon" ]:
    Water 470g
    Edible alkaline powder 2g
    Konjac flour 20g
    (Note: Mixing alone doesn't make it edible, please see the video for instructions)
    [Seasonings]:
    Ginger slices 3-4
    Soy sauce 1 tbsp
    Mushroom vegetarian oyster sauce 1 tbsp
    Sugar 1 tsp
    老素川 spicy pepper sauce 1 tbsp
    [Plating/Garnish]:
    Fried tofu 4 pieces
    Seaweed 4 pieces
    Young ginger strips As needed
    Coriander As needed
    Bok Choy As needed

    蒟蒻是高鮮的食物,自己做鹼粉要少放一點,這個做法是鍋子盤子這些都不能夠有油,這個煮第一次蒟蒻都是要用小火要在那裡顧著爐火,第二次煮的時候用醬跟白醋當然是保鮮劑,這樣子可以保存半個月,第三次吃的時候拿出來一些煮的時候加一點白醋去除鹼粉的味道,這個是不能夠放冷凍庫裏面的,放在冷藏裏面的也可以加紅蘿蔔磨成顆粒在做的時候就加進去的,或者是要加水的時候就把紅蘿蔔打成汁一起攪拌就是紅色的,吃蒟蒻是不能夠跟芹菜一起吃的,這二種都是高纖維的是不能夠一起吃的,第一次煮都是要用小火煮,第二才能夠用中火煮做好了造型,因為這個第一次煮是不能夠用大火煮會成蜂窩狀,第二次煮還是要小心謹慎,這些鍋子器具都不能夠有油最好是不銹鋼的,蒟蒻攪拌勻後要放的時間要久ㄧ點會比較好在放在鍋子裏面煮,這個跟芹菜是不能夠一起吃的,這樣子胃會受不了的,從前我上課老師就有說了這二種是不能夠一起吃的我就是很鐵齒,吃了胃就很痛了,這也可以加上紅蘿蔔泥在裏面或者是加水的時候紅蘿蔔打成汁加進去就是紅色的,這個做好了要放大概一個小時在放在鍋子裏面煮,這個不加紅蘿蔔,白色的煮好了切成薄片在切花,像吃葷的花枝那樣子在用牙籤串上在煮一次用大火煮在切成小塊,在沾醬或者是五味醬都是會很好吃的,從前十幾年前我在素料店問過了蒟蒻一斤多少錢呢?說一斤7百元沒有做很多就可以不用買太多買少量一點,這個做起來還有一些分量的,有的素食鹽酥雞也有在炸這個,也有的滷味也是有的在這裡分享出來,我說的這樣子處理方法不用常常換水,去外面看到一般市售的也是沒有在常常換水的

    液体状的碱水是需要多少? 蒟蒻粉是否可以用做果冻的蒟蒻粉呢?

      鹼粉直接放進去即可,不能用果凍的,要用蒟蒻粉喔
