[Braise Sauce]:
Star Anise: 4 pieces
Bay Leaves: 4
Ginger: 4 slices
Rock Sugar: 1 tablespoon
Soy Sauce: 2 tablespoons
Vegetarian Mushroom Oyster Sauce: 1 tablespoon
Water: 200ml
Mushroom Powder: 1 teaspoon
White Pepper: to taste
Chili: 1
Five-Spice Powder: to taste
[Vegan "Pork Belly"]:
Japanese Dried Wheat Gluten Roll: 50g (Soak for 30 mins before cooking)
Dried Pickled Mustard Green: 200g (Soak for 30 mins, rinse 2-3 times, then slice before frying as shown in our video)
Olive Oil: as needed
White Sugar: 1 teaspoon
White Pepper: as needed
Perilla Oil: as needed
[Flavored Bamboo Shoots]:
Bamboo Shoots: 150g
Minced Ginger: 1 teaspoon
Dried Shiitake Mushrooms: 10g (Soak for 8+ hours before cooking)

半夜看肚子餓了❤❤❤
這種筍絲不是只有泡水,還要煮過把筍子的醃製味去除,在瀝水鍋子放油,這二種都是要油多在放在鍋子裡面加上鹽,跟調味料加水淹過食材現用大火煮滾了在轉成中小火慢燒到湯汁要入味起鍋前滴上少許香油拌勻起鍋就可以了
