I looked at this car and came close to buying. Some good points, exhaust sound , V8 engine, looks and Lexus (Toyota) reliability. Why did’t i buy, wife said the front end looked like a `Cow Catcher’, that is a reference to a steam locomotive train, little storage space for such a large car, very low profile tires, (they tend to pick up nails like a magnet, hit a large bump and you damaged the wheels. So what did I buy? After 10 years in a Porsche Boxster S and100k miles, with no mechanical problems, I bought a 2024 Porsche 911 Cabriolet. A third more expensive than the Lexus. I hope this Porsche is a reliable as the last one. Time will tell.
I don’t get the low profile tire complaint. You could just get smaller aftermarket wheels with thicker tires. And also, I doubt this would be a daily, so low pro’s should be fine. I’m thinking of getting one in black, but the earlier year model with the recessed infotainment screen, looks smoother.

BMW 8 series is more expensive but better looking and f type has a meaner sound . This LC 500 is a beautiful car and it’s a Lexus therefore more reliable in the long run.
