How to replace BMW F30 engine V belt tensioner Pulley 👨‍🔧

I have a vibration after 90 kph with my 320d f30 b47 190 hp. Bmw service replaced clutch and dual mass flywheel but vibration is still there. 211000 km now. Crankshaft pulley never replaced. I think it could be this part + serpentine belt+tensioner the origin of this noise. Tires and engine mounts ok (tires for shure because i have 2 different stint for winter and summer and they are ok, mounts have been cheched by service). What do you think?
