Great video! How long does this belt last? I have the same spec engine and it's sparingly used, not much miles but is 9 years old. Also should the tensioner be changed always with the belt? Thanks
Hello Gopal, you have to check the belt condition, if it has cracks, also since your engine is used, check if it has any oil on it. Oil will cause the rubber to swell even if it was cleaned (visually). About the lifetime.... If everything is normal ... Usually the tensioner pulley starts making noise and squealing before the belt is bad. In this case it makes sense to change both... But if the belt is only bad I don't think you should change the tensioner.... In my case it was a kit containing both for a very good price from continental

How much is the torque spec?
For N20 and N26 engine, accessory belt tensioner to engine block 9Nm
For N55 it is 38Nm, for N47 i couldn't find it sorry 😐
