$100 for a night is a good price point for rent. These are not affordable homes, and it is false advertising to categorise them as so, when the lower class to the medium-middle income class of the countrymen cannot afford it.
I'm very happy most people are talking about greens ... The tiles are becoming too much the country is hot because all trees are gone. If every developer plant trees after each project few years they will grow. What amazed me is the ones outside who have seen all the trees and doing what the locals are doing tiles but if everyone who builds house from outside GH plant trees the locals will follow since we like follow follow.
Great video! Please ask about their sewage system next time for me; and also about the source of water: if it be from a deep well or from Ghana water Thank you
Wow. The three bedroom apartments are so catchy but the price... hmmm how can an average salary worker afford $190k. But in all things, "God is can do" in Kwaku Manu's voice
Amazing property mate. Just want to know can foreigners buy out right and actually own the property? Or do you need a local to be on the property deeds?

Where's all the trees? This is bad for business. Africa is getting greedy like the West. I love South Africa. They believe in planting trees. You guys are destroying the environment.
Over time it will be decadent and ghettoish like some areas in the world. It’s so cookie cutterish and way overpriced. Only the people from the diaspora can afford it. 😅
Instead selling land to foreigners They could have bought this affordable house for home Ghanaians need to be careful selling land to foreigners especially nigerian s
I like the colors of the walls . I wish there is a space for gardening and planting..too pricey..,😭😭
