If every developer plant trees after each project few years they will grow. What amazed me is the ones outside who have seen all the trees and doing what the locals are doing tiles but if everyone who builds house from outside GH plant trees the locals will follow since we like follow follow.

Just saw a house in east legon hills own compound very spacious tarred road for $170k plus it’s a5 bedroom with B/Q the kitchen is huge. Master bedroom has a huge walk in closet with a bathtub and shower.. The service charge will depress you further 😂😂😂
