I see your agenda here. Budumburam is about 1 hour 30 minutes from Accra not 2 or 3 hours. The neighbourhood has a regional hospital just 10 minutes away, west hills is 30 minutes away, the beach is 30 minutes away, the bustling budumburam market is 10 minutes away and there are schools in the estate, a police station, a church and so many more amenities. It is a prime location to stay if you want absolute peace of mind. If you’re not interested in it, that’s fine but don’t be here spreading false information

There is also a big hospital called Mother and Child which is just 15 minutes drive from the location.

Michael, economic and social patterns in Accra are changing and not everyone needs to commute all the way to Accra Central. People work remotely and although I don't know this place, I'm sure there'll be work opportunities closeby too. Living in the outskirts of Accra where you can hide from all the chaos of Central Accra is a blessing! This is someone's hardwork and excellence you're trashing. Build and encourage with your words.

It's still expensive.. Location is very poor... Buying property all comes down to the location and the infrastructure in the neighbourhood....this location and neighbourhood have nothing to show. ..why? It may even take u more than 2 hours to get to Accra Central, and even to get to the hospital... beware

It’s also false that it takes you two hours to get to Accra Central. I live there and go to work everyday. It takes less than an hour to get there. It’s a good investment looking at the price and the payment plan as well as the quality
