I like that he is thinking...deep thinking. We should be thinking of manufacturing in Ghana. I like that he is showing quality tiles made in Ghana. I am A.A. and I keep asking myself why are they using China and Turkey for products instead of investing in their own. (I'm not educated on the why yet. Someone can explain.) It would be nice if the government would make a program to incentivize builders to set aside a certain amount of homes for families who's income qualifies them (lower income) so everyone can own a nice home. This needs to be done for both Ghanaian and Diaspora who are not rich, just make sure it is set up so they can live in it but NOT FLIP IT for profit. To use as B&B (on occasion maybe yes, but don't let a rich man come, buy and flip.) This is a good thing and the home is something to be proud of. I really want all Ghanaians to benefit from all the work coming to Ghana with all the building going on out there. There is enough to go around. 🥰
Bro, don't put your sterling reputation on the line for these flight by night builders. Woda Maya, Jamine Amma, and other RUclipsrs have learned the hard way after representing some unscrupulous builders. Let them finish all the building they plan to build, inspect them, and then represent them. A word to the wise is enough
Thank you for your feedback sir. I appreciate your concern. I actually do a lot of background research before I bring anyone on my channel. That’s why you don’t see me showcase a lot of people. With that said, please always do your due diligence when doing any form of real estate transactions in Ghana or anywhere in the world.
Yes. 2 bedrooms fully furnished for $70,000 payable in 5 years installments, or cheaper if you pay outright. You can also opt for the version which is not furnished and it’s way cheaper. Please call the numbers in the video
I thought that "affordable" means setting the price of a house in Ghanaian cedis so that a cleaner in Ghana can afford it, a construction worker in Ghana can afford it, and a secretary in Ghana can afford it. If you are trying to promote these kinds of luxury houses, please stop using the word "affordable" on your videos, because it is so misleading. Most people in Ghana are very poor, and we the diasporas are sick and tired of seeing houses being promoted as if they are built for common Ghanaians, but in reality, they are unaffordable for them. If you want to build houses to address some of the social and housing issues, then stop building homes that are only sold to the wealthy elite. Many of us in the diaspora, including myself, are genuinely NO LONGER interested in buying luxury over priced houses in Ghana, because they are often too expensive and overpriced, especially in areas without basic infrastructure. This lack of infrastructure is forcing many of people to consider leaving Ghana. Look at the gap between the rich and poor in Ghana:. Ghana has failed miserably to build simple, basic, TRULY affordable homes for all local Ghanaians. Instead, they are desperately building luxury homes targeted at the rich, us, the diasporas, who earn their income in dollars or euros. Many of us just want to stay away from Ghana. So, please stop promoting these so-called "affordable" luxury houses and stop encouraging and enticing people to buy them. If people stop buying overpriced real estate in Ghana, prices will eventually fall and come down. This is due to the law of supply and demand, which governs everything. The solution is to build standard homes without unnecessary luxury. "Luxury" is often nothing more than a waste, and most of us feel sorry for the ordinary Ghanaians who don't have access to these type of homes. We (most of us the diasporas) are not interested in these kinds of houses, so stop misusing the word "affordable. to get views and earn commission." These are not affordable houses in a country or city without basic infrastructure.
I know the house exit because it was visible on enough on youtube. But I'm worried about you in terms of credibility. These real estate guys can be slippery sometimes. I hope he doesn't put a dent on your wonderful credibility. But since you are so sure it's genuine ,so be it bro.
Nice house but too much waste of space. The staircase and Kitchen has most of the space. My rented is smaller than this but it seems like this house look even smaller. The Kitchen is longer at the left side taking most the space. .
@AfricaBuildingHub some real-estate guys can't be trusted...you advertise for them people will put money there cos they trust your chanel .you later hear the real estate company no more in operation so just be careful
That's my wish, I will build affordable houses around Ghana so that everyone will get some place to sleep
May your wish become a reality so you can be a blessing to everyone!

You don't know which municipality your buildings are. Where did you get your permit if not Ga West?
Hahahahah. He has a project manager who manages the entire project so as a business man, he just finances and comes to check from time to time.
Can i have their contact ?
I believe it’s in the video
Ghana and chocolate boxes house
Where is the land reserved for Fire service, Clinic/Hospital, Foot ball field and playing ground and Police station?
All these are in the community. I’m not sure of the Fire Service though
Without interest ok I'm looking into this
Wq😊😊😊😊
The editing made it hard to follow the story and understand what the guy is saying. Too much skipping around.
Thanks for your feedback.
