This topic errh hummm… Because of bad roads and traffic, I had to make a tough decision not to move to my newly built 5 bedroom mansion at new Bortianor hills. I had to cough over $200k to buy a new house at Tantra form an estate developer so I escape the bad roads and traffic. It hurts but hoping the road to my mansion is fixed soon so I can enjoy the house I put all my heart in to build. Proximity to town was not an issue for me because am only in the country for only 3 weeks after a month and half of being away. Nonetheless, I love my new home and its proximity to social amenities. I have never liked this biodigester thing. It's highly inconvenient to use, especially with the disposal of T rolls. I can't wait to go back to the traditional manhole
What? You are selling your home? How far is it from the city Accra. What is the name of the location so that I can look up the area. I love that it is cold there. I am watching from the Virgin Islands.

However, it begs the following question: Didn't you know in the first place that your house will be far from work and school, in view of the location? One would think that you would have done a test run to ascertain the distance from school and work, before making the decision to build and move there.
