First brave family on Yahudah so inspirational and humble.
Could you let us know what the evenings are like such as insects I heard certain ones come out evenings that can be a bit of issue.
Dealing with locals, whats the road like travelling into city, coping financially and what you think it would be like as female's without male partners.
Thanks Bernard such an jnspiration.

Congratulations on the newest member to the family. Ohh.... you are in Yuhuda Village. I have been subscribed to you and when I checked your page and saw I have watched many of your videos and was first wondering why, but now I know the connection. I have purchased in Freedom City, I am told all these areas are close by, but I have not visited Ghana yet. I am watching you from the Virgin Islands. I do love videos that let us who are wanting to move to Ghana, know the true challenges and what to expect and prepare for.
@@MissNadine-23 Thank you for your comment. Yes, we are not far from one another (approx 30).
I wish you all the best on your move to Ghana.
@@HomewiththeWills-nz8qw Thank you very much. I am anxious, but you know, I have to wait on God's timing.

@@Cas_Baw thank you very much, she is doing really well. Thank you for watching please stay tuned for the next episode
Looks interesting...if I'm in the area I might stop by for some tea and digestives ..congrats on your baby...Praise Yah! PS...solar power might be the way to go instead of a generator...and wind power also.
@@Uncle-Basil please, you are more than welcome we will make sure we have tea and biscuits. Thank you, Miyah is doing really well and yes we will continue to look into solar/wind or confined as suggested. Thank you for watching
Where are you from originally
@@kongoqueen5143 I myself am originally from Sierra Leone but migrated to London as a child. Is this what you meant?
@@HomewiththeWills-nz8qw yes .. I was thinking u where like Jamaican
@@kongoqueen5143 lol my wife always laughs at me because I liked to claim the teeny part of me that is Jamaican (dad's side somewhere) so your not wrong 😂
@@HomewiththeWills-nz8qw okay enjoy our paradise Africa I can’t wait to come back y..I’m sick and tired of the belly of the beast aka Babylon
Why don’t you invest in solar energy
@@academic186 thank you for stopping by, we have been looking into solar for a while and had hoped to bring it with us, however, the particular one we chose sold out when we were ready, so now we must be patient. Our focus now it to start the fence wall and save towards solar as a petrol generator can consume plenty if your not disciplined
Which area are you
@@gracesarpong6792 Bonkua- Ayensuano district, eastern region.
@@HomewiththeWills-nz8qwthank you so much am looking for farm land to buy, how much are land prices over there
@@gracesarpong6792 that's a really good question, and the honest answer is it depends how you procure it, and what's included in the price, so I really don't know.
The chiefs will sell at one price and brokers at another marked up price.
What we experienced is that when you talk to the right locals, you find out how much the land really should have cost roughly. So I would prepare for that plus the way price goes up for land is really at descretion, for example we bought our first acre for £3k and the next week we bought another for £3250... It didn't make sense but we went with it anyway as an investment. This included indentures and the ratification of signed indenture at the courts, however, I did the latter myself alongside the site search.
What I would also say is to make sure development is actually happening in terms of access and infrastructure
@@HomewiththeWills-nz8qwthank you so much I appreciate your response
