    Did you know that there are three basic techniques we can pay attention to in order to strongly improve our physical, mental and spiritual health and wellbeing?
    These are:
    1. The smooth flow of circulation. Both physical (e.g. blood) and qi circulation need to run smoothly throughout the body.
    2. The consistent purging and nourishing of all cells. For you to feel healthy, we need to regularly remove toxins out of the body from the sweat, breath, emotions and urine to ensure the fresh energy coming into the body has somewhere to go.
    3. Strengthening the 5 key organs; heart, lungs, liver, kidneys and spleen. If these organs don’t work properly, you won’t feel great and symptoms will begin.
