"I'm starting to think we shouldn't be laughing at Paul" Genuinely one of the lines that got me hooked on this show, the british really know how to bite
I love that they showed the task where people made a snowman with anything but snow, and then immediately followed it up with a demonstration of instant snow.
3:56 how does this man see a whole bag of ice cubes, and not immediately think to throw them in a blender? Snowcones=crushed ice.. literally the first thing I thought of when I saw this task
I feel we need a "behind the scenes special" honouring the interns that get to clean up after this lot. From creamy condom explosions to glitter mishaps. Oh, the glitter! I, the audience, thanks you!
The ice cream snowman actually looks so cute. It looks like a cool dessert idea too. You would probably replace the carrot and raisin with something more sweat but the idea is there
the way Alex looks at the camera when Al pulls out the bag of ice... perfect. He could have just made snow with it in a blender (or arguably finely chopped ice)
Where is draw the biggest circle? That is probably one of the best snow related task and Kerry absolutely slaying it due to her luck of the draw on film timing.
Conversely, Joe Thomas was at a disadvantage on the train station task because his was filmed when there was snow, so his progress was trackable and made it easier for Alex to know where he was, but he still won
I remember watching the snowman episode when it aired, and I've seen repeat after repeat on TV, and I've only just noticed in this clip that the tray Sarah builds Scoopy on is upside-down.
Yes... Yes it is. Uhm, could you just have a seat over here, beemoh? I've got a few quick questions I'd like to ask you. Beemoh, do you know what day it is? 🤨
I wonder if microwaving the marshmallow would’ve helped with snowman and I’ve made snowballs out of cornflour and shaving foam before, but did like all the creativity! 😂😊
If I had to build a snowman, I would've asked few blenders and a lot ice. Finely blendered ice turns into genuine snow. That's how I've thrown snowballs in summer.
For the snowman one, someone mentioned it being April. What does a snowman look like in April? Probably a puddle of water, a carrot, and a wet hat and scarf, so that's what I'd make for that task.
I think they stopped after series 7, which is a shame. Although they did cut back to Dara and Fern looking furious in the most recent series after John's sabotage task was revealed.
I wish the UK version caught on here, or that the US version was literally the same show with American comedians. Idk how many times networks will transplant a show, make changes, watch it fail, and then do the same thing with the next great show 😑
Watching this reminds me how DESPERATELY we need another five episodes of the season three cast. That it's only five episodes long is a travesty and one that must be addressed
I would have made a snow globe with one of those human hamster balls and the stuff used for display snow in those villages then just run around and bam!
I didn't realize, till after like the fourth time watching the build a snowman task, that they should've asked for ice and an ice shaver. You could've made a wonderful snowman with shaved ice.
If a Canadian version ever gets made, who is a mean enough Canuck to be the Taskmaster?? I know I know, "Acting" but still it's hard for us! Maybe Colin Mochrie and Ryan Stiles as the combo? :D
6:20 I literally almost ran into the other room to get paper and towels to stop it from getting on the NOOO NOT THE DESK. The FLOOR! NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! Haha a new moms worst nightmare
Imo Paul Chowdhry in series 3, but especially in this task, captured what it feels like to be the only person of color surrounded by white people. They are well meaning and nice, sure, but they also just don't "get it". Can't even count the times I felt like that when living in the US. Paul is just brilliant.
I'm disappointed when Noone looks for things I would like ice and a snowcone machine. Edit I hit send and then he opens the freezer to get ice... but not to shave down into "snow''
If the cheerful warmth of 'the bastard's crying, innit?' doesn't encapsulate the Christmas spirit, I don't know what does.
Merry Christmas - the bastard's crying, innit
Totally gonna become my new festive greeting.
E
The absolute cackle from someone in the audience after Paul delivers *that* line gets me every single time.
Pretty sure that's Rob cackling
Thats Sarahs laugh
@@scoooops Given the way she was covering her mouth i'd agree
What’s the time stamp?

"I'm starting to think we shouldn't be laughing at Paul"
Genuinely one of the lines that got me hooked on this show, the british really know how to bite
Sara sounded genuinely worried for Paul’s grip on sanity. “That’s not a bear, that’s a rabbit.”
E
Sara had another classic line, "he's cheated again".
I love how distressed Russel looked as he saw the snowglobe break in the recording.
E
I love that they showed the task where people made a snowman with anything but snow, and then immediately followed it up with a demonstration of instant snow.
Scoopy's demise is genuinely heartbreaking
I think about him every day
E
Gutted that nobody reacted to Alex showing off Scoopy's buttons and eyes.
Scoopys cryin' innit?
I love that she genuinely sounded and seemed upset at seeing him melt
6:22 The absolute joy on Al's face watching Scoopy melt.
Is there a more famous Taskmaster line than "the bastards crying, innit"?
"Please don't take it away from me" and "Am I the spider?" are close
@@iliketrains3495 Good shouts.
It’s an absolute casserole down there.
"How do you make brown? ...blue?"
Rosalind's a fucking nightmare!
3:56 how does this man see a whole bag of ice cubes, and not immediately think to throw them in a blender? Snowcones=crushed ice.. literally the first thing I thought of when I saw this task
I love it when the contestants help to justify another contestants attempt. Very wholesome, especially when Greg doesn't agree.
Usually when it will help their own case later
Don't forget potato gate
I feel we need a "behind the scenes special" honouring the interns that get to clean up after this lot.
From creamy condom explosions to glitter mishaps. Oh, the glitter!
I, the audience, thanks you!
The ice cream snowman actually looks so cute. It looks like a cool dessert idea too. You would probably replace the carrot and raisin with something more sweat but the idea is there
Raisins aren't sweet enough for you?
Chocolate chips and either orange fondant or a tangerine slice. If not an orange cookie
I’d do brown m&m eyes and coal and a candy corn nose haha
the way Alex looks at the camera when Al pulls out the bag of ice... perfect.
He could have just made snow with it in a blender (or arguably finely chopped ice)
I love Alex trying to win extra cred for Asim’s rubber johnny snow globe by pointing out it had BOTH famous Jon Snows inside. 😅
"Bastard's crying, innit?"
"Let's have a look at the 'Bastard'?"
"Snow bear, innit?"
I'm in genuine TEARS!
These are such great tasks because they are so simple yet impossible and everyone does something completely different.
All you need to know from this is, "Bastard's crying, innit?".
Where is draw the biggest circle? That is probably one of the best snow related task and Kerry absolutely slaying it due to her luck of the draw on film timing.
I was 100% expecting this task.
Conversely, Joe Thomas was at a disadvantage on the train station task because his was filmed when there was snow, so his progress was trackable and made it easier for Alex to know where he was, but he still won
Can we get a super cut of Greg's "Howevers"? Like at 10:58. They are so powerful and you know they're hilarious.
That's a great idea!
E
I love how Sarah made a scarf for Scoopy.
Fingers like lightning, too!
I remember watching the snowman episode when it aired, and I've seen repeat after repeat on TV, and I've only just noticed in this clip that the tray Sarah builds Scoopy on is upside-down.

@@TroubleToby3040 Is this a reference to something I don't understand?
@@secretforreddit i am also confused
I wish they had a "best of the worst" season where they could bring back Paul Chowdhry.
I wonder if microwaving the marshmallow would’ve helped with snowman and I’ve made snowballs out of cornflour and shaving foam before, but did like all the creativity! 😂😊
Yeah, or just adding a bit of water could have also helped, I think
E
marshmallows basically turn into balloons when microwaved
I've seen "snow" made with baking soda and conditioner also.
If I had to build a snowman, I would've asked few blenders and a lot ice. Finely blendered ice turns into genuine snow. That's how I've thrown snowballs in summer.
I'm still shocked Scoopy didn't win
For the snowman one, someone mentioned it being April. What does a snowman look like in April? Probably a puddle of water, a carrot, and a wet hat and scarf, so that's what I'd make for that task.
One day we'll run out of comedians and have to get Paul Chowdhry back on. I look forward to that day.
"Shall we turn it off and see how the snow falls" is Little Horne snark at it's finest.
“Bastards crying innit”
Me from outside the UK: face meat? Is she legitimately crazy?
Me once face meat appears: oh god it's even worse than I imagined!
13:50 LOL every mom smelling the inside of a jar 🥰
Rob clearly enjoys marshmallows as much as Captain Holt 1:46
Al's was like film collaboration between Frozen and The Fly.
They don't really show the reactions of the other contestants while the videos are playing any more. They should.
I think they stopped after series 7, which is a shame. Although they did cut back to Dara and Fern looking furious in the most recent series after John's sabotage task was revealed.
great timing for this video, good job guys :D
I wish Taskmasters caught on in the US like it did in the UK.
Based on what I saw of it, no you don't.
The original is usually the best.
I wish the UK version caught on here, or that the US version was literally the same show with American comedians. Idk how many times networks will transplant a show, make changes, watch it fail, and then do the same thing with the next great show 😑
You mean you wish they made it better in the us than what they did
British are better at everything...
Start snow. Your time starts now.

I've fallen in love with that Mashpotatoe man. I felt so much joy looking at that and then how proud of him he was
"Do you want to do a snow task?~"
I would have made a snow globe with one of those human hamster balls and the stuff used for display snow in those villages then just run around and bam!
A sitcom where Rob is Greg’s boss and Greg hates him…or one where they are step brothers…
But ... But ... Russel's Snow globe didn't even snow ... 🌨❄☃❄🌨
Dave’s mashed potato snowman looks like Johnny Vegas from one series 😆
Id be so good at the snowman task, ice and a blender and bam you’ve basically got snow
I didn't realize, till after like the fourth time watching the build a snowman task, that they should've asked for ice and an ice shaver. You could've made a wonderful snowman with shaved ice.
Oof, poor Scoopy and poor Sara. 😂
One of the best episodes... Please have Liza back again - she is hilarious!
Have you watched her on Champion of Champions? There's only one episode but still
@@iliketrains3495love what she did with her hair.
Was not prepared for the Scoopy Snuff Film
NOT THE BLENDER OMG I CAN'T BREATH LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Rhod Gilbert would've turned Alex into the snowman
I just feel sorry for the guys that need to clean up after all of these!
They get paid theyre fine
Russel could’ve just added water to the globe and it would be perfect.
Never made a snowman and this is a tutorial of how to do it at home (sorta)😂
Ah yes, mould the snow (or mash) around a glass jar and a globe
The fact that no one asked for a blender hurts me
I think I'd have asked for a few bags of ice and a cheese grater. Boom, snow. Or maybe rip open a pack of diapers for the absorbent polymer inside.
This has been an inspi-raisin.
I like to think Alex writes the titles for the youtube
Not to be the one to simp over everything Alice does, but 20:48… god I had to rewatch that multiple times
The thumbnail confused me, then I remembered they weren't French or Sean Connery.
"Bastard's crying, innit."
Snow bear innit
i'm curious why the contestants ordered literally everything besides instant snow
Really? I can't be the only one who sees Let It Snow as Le Tits Now. Damn you, Celebrity Jeopardy on SNL.

That will be their for months!
There
they had inspiration though, in the snowman task. Couldn't they have requested some of that material too? Or even just snow?
