Hi iam a hoya collector living I Barbados and I only have 15 Hoyas at present. I have started collecting in 2019 and I have sooo many wish list hoyas but here we dont see a lot of them. My wish list ones are kerrii any type splash or no splash, robata, liners, compacta variegated, bella, polyneura and multi flora. Thanks nichole and your friend for such a wonderful hoya video I really enjoyed the collection.

Hoyas are like orchids hanging thier long branches on trees in the wild. We have one hoya indemic here in our island, it is called mindorensis, from our island name, Mindoro.

Hi Nicole, this is really a good collab and I love watching this Hoya collection. I'm picky with Hoya because I only have a small space so I need to buy the ones I like Lol. but I've notice i like the ones with splashes on them and kind rounded and weird leaves like Mathilde, Obovata, rotundiflora etc. I only have Hoya Kerrii green, variegated and reverse variegated, Macrophylla and Australis Lisa in my collection right now. Thanks for sharing this and love it and can't wait for the next episodes :)

My first time to see a bunch of different varieties of hoya.I have only 3 kinds:Variegated Hoya kerii,Creamson queen/princess & Hoya carnosa that's blooming right now.

Hey Nicole, Great concept. I love it. The only thing I would add is more light. Take some kind of spotlight with you. Most homes are probably going to be dark inside. Love your channel!

@@SunnySideUpwithNicole I personally have been having a philodendron moment and keep searching for new and rare ones. I also love calatheas and marantas and have several but I'd like to see what varieties are out there that people are finding. Also, a little bit of a drive for you, but if you are into finding and looking at different nurseries, I just discovered Helmi's in Columbia, Missouri, and it was amazing to see all their plants!
She. She says Hoya’s like to dry out...completely? I use a moisture meter. Would you water it when it gets to a 1?

You should tell your friend the taco test is not good you should water your Hoyas at least once a week or when they dry out they are rainforest plants I have a bunch of Hoyas and that's what you need to do I tried that taco test and I killed them
Hoya was my mothers favorites . she never had much luck with them tho.
