I just started putting some of my Hoyas that are in hanging baskets outside today. Nights in the mid to upper 50’s and daytime is in the 70-80. I have my burtonia and krimson princess out. They should be use to bright light since they are about 6” under a Barrina grow light. Great video for us hoya heads
I heard the polyneura likes cooler temps. Your pot of gold is gorgeous. My New Guinea Ghost is slow growing. It grew better in spring, and I think mine is not liking the window.
So excited for this video! All your plants are gorgeous. You've given me courage to put some of my Hoya outside for the summer and now some have peduncles for the first time.
I don't have many hoya because they are not my faves. I do like them, just can't give them all the light they need. I did buy a hoya retusa about a year and half ago at valleyview gardens and I saw flowers for the first time yesterday! The flowers don't grow on peduncles. They grow on individual stems in between the "grassy" leaves. I didn't know that about the retusa.😁
Alaska Fish Fertilizer has given several of my Hoyas new growth, it has to be diluted. I use Super Thrive also, but the fish fertilizer has caused amazing growth!!!!
Loved this video, it gives me ideas of other Hoyas to collect. I have the same issue with my Hoya Sunrise, it is not very sun-stressed. I’m hoping that eventually it will turn all red.
Hello, when u bring your Hoyas back in do any bleached out leaves on any of them turn back greenish ? I'm sorry to be negative but they look so sad😢.The ones in ur cabinet is beautiful. Thank U for allowing us to see what direct sun can do.
@@lifeofbellina I am very excited about my hoya kerrii at the moment because my one leaf cheap from the supermarket specimen started making new leaves. The ones before would just die 😄. Now I am looking at my variegated one expecting impatiently to do the same. 😆
Sorry, but your Hoya are not at all impressive. Much of your collection looks nutrient deficient and sun bleached. Not all Hoya appreciate the amount of light you have them in. I also noticed you rely upon soil for all of your Hoya as well. I am fairly certain many of those shown in this video have miserable roots. Overall, everything shown just looks ratty. For the amount of light they’re being blasted with, you ought to consider increasing nutrients, SuperThrive is clearly not doing a damned thing to help.

@@lifeofbellina hah! That's awesome. I'll definitely look out for it ❤️❤️❤️
Hi can you tell me more about the imbracata care please? I’m trying not to kill it.
What works for me is to give it lots of humidity and a few hours of direct sun. 👍🏽
Hi where u buy ur hoyas i just want to get a cutting of macrophylla snow queen var. And others
I imported the snow queen from Ah Hoya and I also by Hoya from Vandermeer Nursery. 👍🏽
Hoya Imbricata si so interesting. But no Hoya Kerrii in your colection?
I’ve had a Kerrii, I think I gave it to my sister 🤔. Kerrii splash has been on my mind lately 😂

I need the variegated pachyclada
I agree 🤗put it on your wish list for next year 😄
@@lifeofbellina it's already on the list!
