Just beautiful-can’t believe you have come so far with your yard but are a newbie! I am just east of Columbus and my daughter is in Hilliard and we are both nurses like you! You have so much land have you considered planting a section with natives for pollinators and to help your soil health? So many of the bugs are beneficial and helpful too even though our first reaction is to kill them. If you end up looking into that there are several nurseries where you can get natives. I found Leaves For Wildlife in Sunbury has a large amount and you can see them growing on their property. They will even give you info to help! Anyway-love your vision and your amazing talent!! Also-for Japanese beetles if you want a chemical free solution-I had a ton this year-I picked or knocked them off into a bowl of soapy water. I did this for several days and now have no more beetles since. I have also used beneficial nematodes for help with so much. 😊
Now this is what's called a "jaw-dropping" garden!!! Love the way you've placed your plantings, not over-crowding, allowing airflow to gently caress each one. Thanks Janey, your tours are so enjoyable. You featured a great one.
P.S. Nick, let us know how you manage to keep this garden thriving.......I struggle with my 65 x 125 city lot, energy wise.

What a fabulous garden! Nicholaus has the magic touch for sure. Love the greenhouse, the colors and varieties of plants - such neat flowerbeds! You can tell that this garden has been planned with love.

What a gorgeous garden and property. I love the greenhouse but that dresser is absolutely incredible. What a find! It's placement is perfect prominently in center view. I wish I had a builder uncle.

I love the idea of how you use your greenhouse. It is not full of plants but used in a more utilitarian way for storage. How absolutely joyful. Ideas are spinning through my head for an old doll house we built for my grandchild and she is too old for now. You are a fine gardener!!

Such a cutie, just loved his way about him. What a great gardener for such a Newbie. Love all the hydrangeas. I am a 77 year old mother and my daughter is allowing me to landscape and plant anything I desire the house she bought last year. I have the front yard done but starting on the back yard and it will be a huge project. I did paint her deck and lattice work over two days and it turned out awesome. Her yard is my life right now.

His is a most CLEAN AND CALM garden. I love his calm design with all those hostas and hydrangea. His layout is dynamic. I’m glad raccoon touches on because I have this issue. We have deer also and this is where I want to plant hostas and hydrangea down in the shaded part of lawn. I THOROUGHLY ENJOYED HIS GARDEN!

SO GORGEOUS!!! Thank you for sharing. Aren't the Japanese Beetles awful? We put Milky Spore on our lawn twice last year and it's made a HUGE difference. Doing it again in September and supposedly after 2 annual applications, it'll last 10 years.

I love Nick & his entire garden - front and back. The greenhouse is to die for!! Just love it. I’m super envious of the different furniture and sundries he has inside. It’s a gardener’s haven. The upper shelving is so cool. I need that for my garden shed. And I didn’t even realize his greenhouse has a back area until you were showing the back trees. That’s super cool.

Beautiful garden ! Nicholas mom is so right about the gloves coming off. Can not wear gloves while planting the need to feel the dirt , the plants, and all the things is so strong . Nicholas, your yard is very inspiring. Janie, you told us to think what you could plant on the outside of your front fence.... maybe relocate the purple fountain grass on that side of your fence.
