I totally relate to creating a garden in honor of your mom. I have gardened off and on for years, having grown up with parents who gardened for both food and beauty. My mom loved roses and just recently I decided to create a space dedicated to only roses in my garden in honor of my mom. In November it will be 8 years she passed. 🌹 ❤️

Great tour! To keep Autumn Joy a more manageable height, chop it to half its height in early or mid May. And every stem you cut, just stick it into the ground where you want a new plant. Almost all of them will root if you keep them watered.
Love Little Hottie.. I tell everyone how wonderful they are.. I keep them in full sun and well watered.. they look fabulous.. Get one Robbie.. you won’t be disappointed

I like that the pinkish roses have pinkish gravel as mulch so the petal fall won’t show as much.
