Your collection is fabulous!!! The Serpens is to die for but that color on that sunrise is the best I’ve ever seen!!! So beautifully stressed! Great job!
I agree on the curtisii -- mine waits a long time between waterings (maybe 3 weeks?). It's in an East window and seems really happy so far (fingers crossed it stays that way).
Jennnn I can’t even stress how much of a joy you are to watch 🥹💚 I love love love every video you put out. Your energy is so comforting. And omg I knew you had a lot of these Hoya, but some of them I had no idea and they truly blew me away! Go off Hoya queeen 🎉
JEN your serpens is my idol 😂😂 it's been on my wishlist and can't imagine having one as big as yours 💚💚 No need to apologise for not posting either, your health is more important and I'm glad you're doing so well 🥰
Holy smokes, your Globulisa! The leaves are beautiful.. and huge!❤Now I want one..😄Also that Serpens is a gem, so lush and full.. thank you for sharing your amazing collection.
Hello, OMG! I so feel u with the Hoya Sunrise lol. I absolutely love mines but honestly once the blooms drop its back reblooming within days on the same peduncle.Only thing about the Sunrise their so small they be everywhere on the floor. Love your Hoyas..Thank You
Thank you so so much 🥹 I feel like often times people get Hoya Serpens just as cuttings or barely rooted plants and when they’re juvenile like that, I find that they can be really slow at first and require a bit more humidity to get the plant going. :) once they’re more established (roots wise) I find them to be much easier and faster in growth.
Also! They are essentially crawlers. The best propagating method I’ve found is laying Hoya Serpens cuttings flat on top of soil or moss or whatever medium of your choice rather than placing the plant vertically and expecting the stem to root the way Hoyas typically do.
I'm so glad I found your channel. Loving your content. You're growing your Hoyas amazingly! They're all gorgeous! I can't just pick one, your obovata, serpens, sunrise, chinghungensis, linearis. Your Bella is so vigorous! Try growing your Chelsea outside. I grow my Hoya Chelsea outdoors and it grows ridiculously fast. It was doing so well under my gazebo, but I moved it and it got scorched. This Texas sun is too intense! Hopefully I can save it🤞
Aww thank you SO much!! 🥹 you’re too kind! & you know what, I’ll definitely do that! Any one I put outside always grows really well and really fast ☺️ this Texas heat is NO joke! 🥵
Hello! Welcome ☺️ I wish I had a definite answer to this question bc I’ve shopped from multiple sellers! A lot of them I got through trades & local sellers. But Etsy is a great place to look for Hoyas as well ☺️
Thank you so so much!! 🥰 unfortunately I can’t sell any Hoya Serpens cuttings at the moment because the temperatures here in Texas have been in the 100’s I don’t feel comfy sending/receiving plants right now and risk them melting in this heat😩 but once the temperatures start to cool down we can definitely arrange something! ☺️
Just love love your hoya collection. I started collecting Hoyas in 2019 and I now have 22 types. They are so many I want on my wish list but I dont think lots of people ship to the Caribbean. ❤
Hi 💫 I heard about you through Dakota Plants I believe and just subscribed to your channel. I’m a new Hoya Mom and seeing all of yours …. I’m in awe. I have a Bella (currently my favorite) but she just started with yellowing leaves and it’s breaking my heart. I did take cuttings so hopefully those will do well. Do you think it could be from overwatering? I recently switched to Pon with no drainage and am still trying to figure all of that out. I live in FL and it’s really hot here so I lean towards overwatering 😮. Your Bella is stunning. I hope mine gets there one day. Awesome video and you are so calming to watch. 🙏🏻💫
Aww thank you so so much for watching and subscribing! 🥹 welcome! 🩷 & it may be overwatering. Hoya Bella’s are known to be super thirsty but if you’re putting yours in no drainage, I’d definitely wait for the water reservoir to be empty before adding more water :) try cutting back on adding water and see if that helps! I hope your mama plant does better and that your cuttings do well! 🥰
DIRT had me ROLLINGGG 😂💚 loved this vid jen!! (also!! i rotted my serpens baby from you - dw shes re-rooted and doing well again!!- but while she wasnt doing well it pushed out sooo many flower buds 😂 they blasted before they opened but she tried so hard to bloom)
Thank you so much MK! 🥹🫶🏽 & omg I’m sorry to hear that!! But I know she’s in good hands and will pull through ☺️ how funny tho that it literally was on the verge of blooming in the midst of it rotting 😂😭 freaking plants man.
I have curtain rods in my living room and the bedroom where I hang some of my trailing Hoyas and the rest just live in various places like my shelves, desk, ikea cabinet, etc. :) I personally use Rousseau Plant Care Aroid Food & healthy root supplement to feed ALL my plants. I water them when the soil is dry and I try not to let the leaves get bendy and wrinkly. Hope this helps! 🫶🏽
Omg so glad someone talked about annoying all the blooms can be when you have to clean them up 🤣 i literally gave away a giant lacunosa before i was super into hoyas because i was so over the blooms!!! Same with string of hearts.
Honestly didn’t take me long at all!! linearis grow so so fast ☺️ it helps to take cuttings from the vines, prop em, and then add them back into the pot to make it full. 💚

Hello! I hope you are able to translate this response by the help of google! ❤️ thank you so much for the compliment first of all 🥰 I water my Hoyas when the soil is dry but I never let the leaves get wrinkly and bendy. I recently made a video on my soil mix and you can check it out on my channel 😊 and for nutritions I use Rousseau Plant Care Aroid Food & Healthy Root Supplement from them! Hope this all helps! 💖
I have a theory that sunstressing is also promoted by the heat. In my hot cabinet under high light, my Hoyas that sunstress do it beautifully. Sunrise will do it in natural light in a South window & Fitchii will stess under certain grow lights but, Collina, Gunung Gading, New Guinea Ghost, and a few others will sunstress great in a hot environment with high light. Not science but, up your heat & see if that helps.
Oh I completely agree with your theory actually!! Since filming this video, I put some NGG cuttings inside my milsbo cabinet and it’s pretty toasty in there (75-80 degrees Fahrenheit) and it has now started to sunstress a beautiful purple!! 😍
