Ingredients:
Custard cream or Mousseline cream
500 grams - milk;
lemon peel, vanilla and cinnamon;
4 Yolks;
100 g Sugar;
30 g Cornstarch;
150 g softened butter
150 ml - Heavy Cream;
30 g - Powered Sugar;
1 orange;
banana, cherry and mint
