    Thank you! Not only was I heard, I was answered. Thank you for going that extra mile to help me, and your other viewers, understand that any program will work as long as you are working the program. I don’t think your video was brutal at all. I love the title “weight loss for dummies” cause that’s exactly what I needed! Here’s what spoke to me most out of everything. Well, all of it did really, but the eye-opening part for me was when you guys said the work can be done on the outside, but there has got to be a transformation on the inside. I finally understand what you meant in a recent video saying some people just need to cry out to God. I give thanks every morning, but have never asked for help in making a change on the inside. That’s where I’m going wrong! I believe a lot of people will benefit from this video. I know I am, and now, I have no excuse! I am pretty sure you’re going to be seeing me in an upcoming 21 Day Transformation, as I have 130 pounds to lose. I have watched several friends and family drop the weight and I always told myself that it would be my turn someday. I feel like my someday is here. I truly want to be a success story! ❤

      I highly recommend Trainer Joe's 21DT. He truly makes weight loss so simple and gets in your brain, so you think about food differently. I found him last fall, read his book and then did a 21DT in January to sprint to the finish. I've lost 50 pounds, and I'm now in his maintenance program. His program has truly been an answer to prayer for me. You got this, Destiny!

    Absolutely nailed it! As someone who was overweight more then half of my life I woke up one morning and said today I choose to change. I started fasting 18 hours it's clicked and made sense to me down 22lbs since Dec 11 2024. 58lbs to go. I've gone for high protein diet eat one larger meal and a smaller meal at 6pm then 18 hours fast. It was the logic, common sense and truth from your videos trainer Joe that gave me the kick I needed to stop lying to myself. For that I am truly grateful. Also a thank you to our saviour Jesus who I can do all things through. Amen ❤

    You are correct in everything you say. It’s just a challenge to resist the temptation of the foods that are convenient. I have lost weight and improved my health, BUT for me, it’s still a daily battle to resist the temptation over eating. Thank you for your videos, they help me to keep going.

    You’re right. It’s an internal issue first. For me it’s emotional eating. I’m at my goal weight after a 85lb loss and I maintain with carnivore but I still have moments I have to lean on Jesus and getting busy to ward off overeating. Good video. Keep up the good work.

    For the past 5 years (at least) I’ve been riding the weight loss roller coaster lol. I’ve been listening to podcasts about keto, carnivore, WW, etc. Yes, they all work…but guess what? My mind was not right or ready to make the sacrifices needed to make any of those programs work long term. What? I have to face my inner demons and do some introspection??? Heaven forbid lol! The inner transformation is the most difficult but it is key…once I train my mind, my body will be transformed 😉…who woulda thunk? Lol. I’,m working on it with the 21 day transformation…it’s not easy, but it’s simple. Love your videos, thank you ❤

    I have lost 100 lbs twice. My issue is maintaining that weight loss. I can fast for a week straight. When I get to 160 lbs...my lowest weight, I do more social activities and eat more, work out more, and gain fat. I'm stuck 180 to 190 and eat mostly carnivore.

    carnivore and some 16/8 fasting mixed with 10000+ steps a day has allowed me to lose 45 lbs in the last 4 months and become far healthier.
