    . But, when i loose the weight, how do i keep it off. This is good as for emergency weightloss.
    But how do i introduce avocados, sweetpotatoes, (not white) and i don't mean pastas, rice and sugar.
    And etc.
    I know how to make vegeterian hamburgers. Still have some in the freezer...

      Once you reach your goal weight just eat a set number of calories to maintain that. If weight has been an issue for you in the past then its going to be an issue for the rest of your life. Just plan for it and watch your weight. You dont have to dwell on it 24/7 but just remember you cant eat what you want whenever you want.
