This video hits SO hard for me. I’m 28 and weighed 315 lbs in May of 2023. I’m down 169 lbs!! My BMI used to be 56 and it’s now 25. My goal weight is around 115 lbs. I had no one to look up to so I chose to rise up and inspire myself to change. I was a sedentary girl with no knowledge of nutrition to someone who loves exercise and Whole Foods. Losing weight and becoming healthy has become my life- I‘ve made so many sacrifices the past 19 months, but I don’t regret any of them. I used to struggle to walk 5 minutes and now I can walk a 20k without breaks. And to be honest, I made these changes not just for health and longevity, but to love my body. We get one life, LIVE IT RIGHT 🙏🏼❤️
Yessss!! I’m a 34 year old woman and I lost 40 kgs in the last 6-7 months. Trainer Joe was big help. I walked 10k a day and ate at a 400 calorie deficit with 100 grams protein. Now my weight loss has significantly slowed down. I’m well within normal BMI but I have 9 more kilos to get to my goal of 56 kgs (for a skinny physique) but I’m going to keep going. I also did this to love my body and feel beautiful for once, which I do now. But I’ve also come to deeply appreciate how healthy and full of life I feel compared to just 6 months ago. @@kevingonzalez3673 I think we need to put this in context. Who is eating 800 calories and why. How much weight do they need to lose? What do the 800 calories consist of? Are they trying to lose weight quickly or are they after a lifestyle change?
Every gram of protein is 4 cals so if you eat legit only egg whites and chicken breast you can definitely get 100g plus witch 100g to 150g is really what most people need, not saying that this isn’t insanely restrictive tho because it is

@trainerjoes That makes sense. I want to lose 45 pounds to start with. I am very active but an example of you cannot out work a bad diet.
