I tried Oud Vert after hearing your review on that. It is truly a fantastic scent. Smells so natural and smooth and classy. There is a distinct floral note too, which works greatly with the citrus and spices to make the scent unique and extremely elegant. Great great suggestion, thanx a lot!

You convinced me try several of these fragrances and they are all very very good. I totally love Oud Vert, it is exactly as you described it. It's a very unique combination of zesty, woody, floral and spices (I get mostly coriander, but nutmeg, ginger and pepper are also quite present). Really elegant and sophisticated, yet very versatile. A true masterpiece, on top of my to-buy list.

So it seems that FDB kind of specializes in Oud fragrances so what I want to know is which ones between Oud Bleu, Oud Vert, Oud Orange etc...is which ones should you get the intense ones in? Usually an Intense just means it's going to be a little stronger and louder but I'm curious to know which ones would you recommend getting the Intense ones in?
I would love to own some of this fragrances i am afraid to purchase a few and not like, any way i can buy small samples before i purchase the bottle?

I heard from multiple sources the newer versions which are being demonstrated here with Parfum on the front are reformulated and not for the better. If you can get ahold of the ones that have eau de parfum on front buy that. And I own several that say Parfum on the front. I do not have the other version to compare sadly. Very sadly....

Can you buy a box of testers, as £500 is a lot to spend and you need to ware it for at least an hour before the true fragrance comes through and to find out you don't like it, well not a good outcome, so is there any testers we can buy like the whole range or part of the range, hope to hear from you and keep up the good work it's nice to know their's someone who is testing the aftershaves for us men

If you haven’t tried Petales de Cashmere, I’d highly recommend it from this brand. Although I haven’t tried all the scents in this video, it’s my absolute favorite that I’ve tried thus far. Just a suggestion 🙏🏾👍🏾😊

I think my favorite was easily Oud Bleu Intense, but I also LOVE one called Baie Rose. Another favorite of mine was Parisian Oud, just a fascinating and well-crafted fragrance. But man, even with 10% off, I just can't justify that one. Baie Rose isn't quite as high, but it's a fairly simple-smelling fragrance, and the longevity wasn't great for me, unfortunately. Zest Marin was great smelling, but also had longevity issues (makes sense based on the kind of scent it was). Another I really liked was Brume du Matin. I need to go back through and sample their fragrances again sometime.
Sherin Thomas depending where you live, it’s the shipping that’s very surprising, if you’re not buying a $700 fragrance. But, they’re stocked in my country, US, so I’ll buy more locally. The Attars are more affordable and I’ve read they’re very good value for the very high quality.

Sherin Thomas no discount. Just no $56 International shipping fee. Luckyscent has them. So, now I can get samples as well. They were out of samples of one perfume I wanted to try, but there may be 3 retailers in the US to order from.
Nubianette I’m only an hour flight north from LuckyScent warehouse but they are backed up so orders are taking 2 weeks to ship.
Demi Rawling I was too trigger happy buying Cannabis Blue after your S/S video, and now it’s not even on your short list 😭 I like it, but don’t love it - I don’t pick up the eucalyptus or minty notes, I get a creamy cardamom hit with Cannabis but wanted more of a blue vibe. Do you like Oud Bleu or Oud Vert better for yourself? I see that Olivier Pescheux is the nose for Vert and love his work.

I have been sampling Oud vert intense, oud orange intense, santal complet, brume du matin, oud jaune intense, oud bleu intense and zest marin. All nice but the ones really standing out are oud vert intense and oud orange intense. Still hesitating but oud vert is so unique and decadent i'm leaning to it..

Question time! Since you mentioned bout getting that Ambre Nuit vibe from Oud Rose Intense. Can would you relate Milano with other Maison Christian Dior fragrances as well besides Tom Ford.
Hmm...I haven’t tried a leather fragrance like Milano because it’s a very light, fresh leather scent!! ❤️

Well, 500 pounds for 100ml. I clearly understand, it's not for people looking for a good price/quality ratio, but it should be something really extraordinary. For half of that price we can buy all the best there is: Creed, Tom Ford, Malle and so on.
