I think this is the go to channel when i want to know more about more expensive-refined niche fragrances that nobody talks about, and then theres mehdi, the dude is killing it in the cheapie department and its something i appreciate too. Easily the two best fragrance channels.

Hello lovely! I have Oud Rose Intense, Oud Jaune intense, Solstis, Siberian Rose and Cavort. I fell in love with FDB after watching your videos/reviews, and Aisha’s videos. I’ve been thinking about a full bottle of Brume Du Matin since I have the sample and it’s so nice. FDB is very special to me. I’ve been wearing the less potent FDB for summer and will wait for the cooler months. Thanks for your excellent description of each fragrance. ❤️💕❤️💕❤️

Oud Jaune and Oud Orange are the only ones I don't know from their Shades du Bois collection, but I do like Oud bleu and Oud violet. I haven't sampled the others because my local store has only a few FDB fragrances, but I am really curious about Solstis.

I love solstis too. It’s my favorite of the brand.
I love the Ibiza mood and backgrounds 🥰 I would love to try at least Oud Jaune Intense and Santal Complet. Unfortunately Fragrance du Bois fragrances are so freakin’ expensive so I haven’t ever had a chane to try out any of them 😭
I totally understand! They also do discovery sets which enables you to sample the different fragrances at a more affordable price 😊
@@jusderose I have actually checked them but the only issue is that the ones that I would like to try are in different discovery sets and they are like more than 100€ each sets 🙈
And I think you are not able to choose the perfumes for the sets 🤔

Oud Bleu Intense, one of the best summer fragrances out there. I'm on my 3rd bottle. It used to be Santal Complet.

FDB fragrance called "Milano".
I use Milano, Santal Complet, Oud Vert and Oud Bleu in summer but my favourite is Solstis - - so fresh classy and long lasting - one of their best. I have most of their samples including London Spice which is great but too old school for me.
Blows my mind when people talk about Solstis being long-lasting. It's a 4 hour scent on skin, got a full wear of it when I was at Harrods, it was hot outside as well. Completely outclassed in terms of performance by even the most popular from Parfums de Marly, Roja, Xerjoff etc. Just a bad value proposition.
1st glimpse of the video make me think of my country Vietnam ( banana leaves, bright sun), also: love it how you switch the background… beautiful sceneries ( smart and very creative)…. Love it…. Love it…. Love it…. Thanks….ssss….

I only have 1 FD fragrance and it’s Santal Complet, it’s lovely but has the longevity and sillage of a Bath and Body Works body spray. For its price point, I want to smell the fragrance and I want others to smell it. It turns into a skin scent in an hour. I won’t spend my money on over priced scented water.

For me I like to wear it in the autumn/winter but I’ve heard a few people wearing in the summer… really depends on personal taste!

Oud Bleu Intense is probably my most favorite perfume from FDB. I remember after I got a sample and tested it, I immediately went to their website and ordered a 100ml bottle 😆😆 I can't wait to wear it during my holiday in Greece at the end of this week 🥰

Thx jus de rose. I really like your video. The only downside of FDB is their prices which are astronomical and impossible to buy the sample you want to try. Only their discovery packages i found in france. By the way, you talked about collab and promo with ateliers des ors ??? Some ideas of timing to plan the next purchase ? Thx and congrats 😁

Ooof. Brume do Matin smells to me young and old at the same time. At one moment, it smells so modern and chic... and then it reminds me of my grandma. Oof.

So is it bad for perfumes if they are ordered when the weather is from 80-90 degrees? I looked up online and it said that a trailer can be much hotter than the temperature outside. Could that damage the perfume?
I believe these fragances match for low profile-energy ladys, but depends of each woman taste. I know many girls with low energy and these fragances can be like them. For the summer weddings, cocktails night beach, these will be a great gift 👌😁 always you make a good reviews about "new fragances" that I didn't knew it 😅 I like to see you in the right place talking about summer fragances, you look great as usual princess 😉💐

Nice of you starting off with the disclaimer. FdB and Marly are overrated and overpriced. We should be hearing more about Chanel, Guerlain, Hermès and Malle.

Debating about picking up OUD JUAN INTENSE / OUD VIOLET. Currently own SANTAL complet and love it . Just hate that I need to reapply it every now and then . Because of the longevity.
When is your collaboration with FDB happening Josephine ? There seems to be a huge sales push on there at the moment. Even watch channels on YT are now doing reviews of FDB 🙄. It’s the reason that I won’t buy them. I prefer my NICHE to be really niche 😀

You are to the best of my knowledge the only real perfumer we have on YT giving us “honest” reviews based on your experience from within. Don’t change ! These fragrances are beyond the price of many people and therefore they need to know before splashing their hard earned cash , that these fragrances don’t smell like bathroom cleaning products. And many smell just like that. Unfortunately!

I was proctoring an exam in a huge auditorium. Two students smelled like heaven; it made me ask them about their perfumes : one uses “Alexandre j silver ombre” and the other uses “oud Elite - couture for men (brown cap)”
thought you might wanna try them. I was not the only instructor who noticed “Alexandre j”. The colleague wanted to know the name as well. Poor kid we were both above his neck during the exam 🙈🙈🙈
