Japanese Ginger Salad Dressing Recipe

- 7 ounces of roughly chopped carrots
4 ounces of roughly chopped sweet onion
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup Rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh ginger
Pause all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.
Slowly add 3/4 cup canola oil to emulsify the salad dressing
Store up to two weeks in the refrigerator
