July 7/21, I injured my back at work. 3 days later the pain was so severe, that I had an MRI. The results were shocking; 3 herniated disks, 4 disk bulges, spinal stenosis, disk degeneration in all disks, severe arthritis from neck to lumbar. I had no symptoms of back pain until I injured it. But, for the past year, at night, my legs would jerk/vibrate whenever I shifted positions....that was damn eerie...I had no idea my body was trying to tell me something was wrong. No surgery as of yet, just lots of visits to my Chiropractor, anti-inflammatory, and a prescription for epilepsy meds ( which slows the brain function down and masks the pain ) to help with the healing......still ongoing. My job for the past 32 yrs involved heavy lifting and pounding on the legs and back. Take care of yourself, people!

Dr. Faileigh is right, lower back pain has a big influence in your well-being. You’re simple not as chearfull when your back joints have inflammation. I got my numming injections today. Painreleaf for about 30min. After that the pain was wurse then before the injections. Meaning! I’m going for the heating procedure of the facet joint nerf ends. I can’t wait to get some quality of life back!

@@marcellanorfleet4438 I've been trying to find one that will superficially treat my back pain, the doctor I see she says it can be a form of after effect from covid, but I'm not buying that. It's really hard to find one since their are patients who take advantage of this type of medication.

@Vipul Patel I've tried that too, and it seemed like they hurt me more, but I I get diagnosed with plantar fasciitis so when that is hurting my walking is not normal because it's painful which hurts my lower back, I also had multiple torn ligaments too, I don't do much walking I don't stand for long periods of time so it must come from when I was younger

It is true, constant and continual pain can and does completely change the person that you would otherwise be.
I kept an ongoing list of things which
I employed to treat the very bad stiffness and pain in the lumbar-sacral
region of my back. Once I began approaching fifty different modalities,
I simply gave up. Surgery has always been out of the question. Since then,
I have tried many more different things.
So for myself, even of those things which worked best at managing to eliminating pain, two things have forever remained in force; complete and entire relief is never accomplished,
and anything and everything can only ever be only temporary. I've had cursory manipulative exams, CT scans,
MRI's, as well as multiple X-rays. I have been encouraged to believe that my peripheral neuropathy and the arthritis in my back are somehow related. I tried reading the notes from the result of the MRI which I took. In layman's terms, my spine very closely resembles
a bloody train wreck. I will reluctantly admit, that when it becomes real bad and just non-stop, I have truly wanted to die.

Hey. What is your experience with yoga and basically any yoga like stretching, movement and strengthening? Also, may I ask if you're an ideal weight and what your issue is? I have quite severely degenerated disks in the L4/L5 and L3/L4. I've had pain for twenty years, but just this year it's become all day every day even at night. I'm interested in how this type of management has treated you. Also, if you did it, were you dedicated enough to draw conclusions?

I thought he would say "no pain no gain" 😆 I cleaned up so many nasty mealy bugs in my plants and now i have very stiff painful hips. I feel so sick of this when I squat or clean bending squating, and feels like I will break. Last night my right arm is tired I was just poking my phone or typing in keyboard but my right extremities are always heavy and tired.

When he said we can turn that nerve off for up to years down the road. I shuddered with enthusiasm at the thought 🥴🤤
I'm only 32 years old but for the last 6 years I've been in denial about the feeling of my body deteriorating. I've always been able to be really hard on my body and then shrug it off and I'm starting to lose that composure altogether. I've medicated it with Kratom and NSAIDs for years and it's getting worse and worse all the time.
I've chalked it up to getting older and maybe I'd be able to handle it better if I had an easier job but, I feel like it's worse when I'm not moving. I work on oil rigs to give a frame of reference and I spent most of my life doing full contact martial arts and cage fighting. I look fit, and I'm flexible but I struggle to get in and out of vehicles, I grit my teeth bending to pick things up and I've had to pass up opportunities to make extra money or do something fun just because I'm so sore.
I know that I have nerve damage because I don't feel half of my toes on either of my feet and I know physiology well enough to be aware of what nerves are referring the burning/stabbing sensations. I'd be willing to turn off all of my sensory nerves if I could 😭😭
