      Hello sorry antagal kona tumigil magvlog 😔 to answer you question it depends sa kung anong diet ang ginagawa mo at kung anong target mo. If target mo is pumayat you have to try calorie deficit. Avoid binge eating kasi back to zero ka kapag nagbinge eat ka. You have to stay consistent to your daily calorie intake. Avoid too much carbs. Eat nutrient dense foods that with make you stay satiated. Know your target first that's where you should start and add exercise if kaya sa routine mo. Hope that helps 😊

      Hello sorry antagal kona tumigil magvlog 😔 Fasting starts after your last meal ending your total calorie count, then the next day na yung next meal mo girl 😊 if you feel hungry at night drink water saka mas maganda if your eat nutrient dense foods and more protein para less hungry ka sa gabi to prevent binge eating.       Hi Mariah yes pwede naman po as long as yung calorie intake mo is hindi sosobra dun sa calorie intake mo na nakaset per day. For the laxative pill yes pwede naman din pero wag everyday like twice a week lang pwede na po.

      Avoid milktea po and matataas na calorie na foods po pero make sure to consume it with just the right portion if you really want to eat them.

      Hi JC, in between meals tubig tubig lang po and I remained consistent lang po sa nakaset na calorie intake ko for the whole day.

    Bakit po kaya mukhang hnd nababawasan ung Timbang ko hnd Naman na AQ kumakain ng rice gulay .. egg . Meat . Minsan. Ska water AQ ng water...

      Hi sis, maybe you need to check you calorie intake and exercise everyday to see results. Pag nilimit mo rin kasi sarili mo sa rice magkakaurge to eat ka rin at baka maparami kapag hindi ka nagrice. Gradually reduce your rice nalang until 1 cup kasi kailangan mo pa rin ng carbohydrates sa katawan mo 😊 I hope that helps. Remember kapag hinihingal kna pag nageexercise ka it means na effective and nagbuburn kna ng calories mo 😉

      Proper eating lng sis wag mo masyadong ilimit sarili mo kasi ang tendency niya mas mappasarap ka kumain ng rice kapag minsan ka lng kumain ng rice. Don't eat hrs before going to bed. Remember to drink tea at night or after meals.

    ate anong ma recommend mu sa akin na exercise na para sa arms? kasi its jigiling talaga eh😭 okay na yung katawan ku pero yung arms talaga problema ku ngayon.

      Hi Mazz, I suggest na mag weights ka bebe start with 3-5 lbs na dumbbells then go heavier kapag keri mona yung mabigat na weights, marami si chloe ting na home arm workouts na pwede mong gayahin sa RUclips. Ang goal lang naman is to tone yung arms mo dba and hindi masyadong mamuscle yung saktong tone ng arm muscles lang to make it feel and look better on you. You can do it 😉 just have the determination to push the arm exercise and arm results that you want to achieve. For better results, stay consistent 💕 Update me with your progress 😊 xoxo 💕

      And be careful with weights make sure na progressive yung paggamit wag mo bibiglain ang sarili mo. And don't forget to eat protein rich foods and don't forget to warm up and do some stretching before doing your exercise.

      Hello Acy, sis pang 8th to 9th month doon bumilis metabolism ko kaya nag48 kg yung timbang ko by calorie checking pa din sa lahat ng kinakain ko. Sa 8-9th month dun naglalaro timbang ko from 50-48 kg. And naglalakad kasi ako papuntang office after ko bumaba ng jeep same goes hanggang sa paguwi ko kasi naging contributing factor na rin ung walking sa full weight maintenance ko. Basta dahan dahan sa carbs and nasa food pyramid pa rin yung kinakain mo at portion control. Just be patient and give time sa body mo magadjust sa weight loss journey mo. Pinaka matagal lang talaga is yung face pumayat haha nauna katawan. I hope I answered your question sis ☺️ have a nice day 😉

      @@gracymae6963 that's nice sis sinasabayan mo ng workouts but don't limit yourself sa cheat day kasi it may lead to binge eating just be careful nalang and refrain from guilty eating kapag nagcheat day ka just eat and bawi with exercise and tamang food intake 😉 have a wonderful weight loss journey sis ❤️

      Hi Alyssa, simula Feb 2019 to Apr 2019 nagloloose weight nko up until to July 2019 dun ko na agad nakita changes sa body ko beb maluwag na lahat ng damit ko, tapos yung face talaga yung huling pumapayat Sep 2019 ko naachieve yung pagpayat ng face ko beb.

      Hi! Yes, meron po pero hindi na po siya ganun kavisible since yung skin hindi na po banat kagaya dati nung obese pa po ako :) Stretch marks are normal, it’s ok to have them :)
