    My tdee is 1620 po pag gusto ko mag lose weight minus 500 po then 1120 calories per day nalang po ganun ba 🤔

    Galing ako sa Low carb/keto diet plan. Pumayat naman ako kaso nagka-fatty liver ako gawa ng puro meat at itlog lang. Luckily may friend ako na nagintroduce sakin sa Calorie Deficit. At ikaw ang napanood ko na napaka simpleng maintindihan. Thank you.

    *As a teenager dati payat ako at biglaang tumaba nitong quarantine sobrang nahirapan ako magpapapayat ang hirap kasi bawal ako mag fasting tapos di ko din kaya imaintain ang workout kinailangan ko kasi talaga kasi nagkakastretchmarks ako buti tinyaga ko no workout, nofasting nakabawas ako 4kilos ng ilang linggo lang ginawan ko din siyang content baka makahelp sa iba*

    wow I just try it now and my TDEE IS 1772 calorie per day - 500 like you said para mag lose nang weight.I will try this and comeback here after one month to see the result.Thanks to this amazing video you create more content like this. my current weight ko is 64.7 kilos I'll comeback after one month to see the result.

    When one is eating a healthy, balanced diet (more of raw or real foods), you don't have to count calories. Just be mindful of what you are putting into your mouth and the rest will follow. Goal is not just to lose weight but rather lifestyle change and respect for our body that God has given to us. If you do, you will not have to worry about counting calories anymore. Don't make it complicated.

      Yes, you are right. Healthy, mindful eating is the goal. ☺ As I said in the video, it is good to experience counting calories so one will have a better idea of how much of one kind of food one should be eating. When one reaches a point where he/she already has control, he/she may skip calorie counting then proceed to mindful eating. ☺

      Wala naman akong kinakain na hindi real food. Minsan lang kapag di naiiwasan like may occasions. Una di ko naman kasi afford laging kumain ng fast food or anything. Pero I am overweight my whole life. Until I did calorie counting, dun ko lang naranasan pumayat.

    Marami po akong nabasa, keto diet is the worst diet, Pero pumayat ako sa keto diet, Pero na kakatakot po ang rebound, kaya as of now, I’m counting, calories.....with, little rice....basta kumain Lang ng moderate,.....I’m sure, hindi tataba, at Alisin ang mga colas n sweets...

    Your channel is very informative, naka breakdown lahat ng dapat kong malaman, pero seriously hirap na hirap akong gawin ang pag diet. Grabe yung cravings ko. I really wanted to lose weight, wala lang akong disiplina sa pagkain. Yung diet na ginagawa mo? Kailangan ba may workout na kasama while dieting?

    You should do a video on intermittent fasting! Went to the Philippines for a month ;) The easiest way for me to watch my diet and get to eat the big dinners with family was to do a 16:8 intermittent fast

      hello, i am trying intermittent fasting and does it require a specific time for me to do the fasting or i can start anytime? but now, i'm 6 pm to 10 am fasting then 11 am - 5 pm i eat. is this correct?

      you can start any time! if that time works for you, then go for it. how i first started and transitioned into it was eating a big meal right before 10 PM so i would not feel the hunger pains going to sleep. then i would eat from 2 pm to 10 pm.
      i've since transitioned to a 4 hour window, where i would eat from 12 pm to 4 pm and sleep earlier (around 8 pm).

    ng fafasting ako, 2 days na, hindi ako nag rarice, papak lang ng ulam. tama ba ang ginagawa ko? tpos sa gabi ng eexcersie ako habang pinapanuod ko ang mga lesson mo to lose belly work out. Need ko padin ba mag rice? o pwede na ung ma protien?

    Ma'am ask ko lang po, na kahit nag loloose na Po ng weight, di Po dapat iniiba Ang target Po na calories kada araw?,
    Example.
    I weight 64
    My height is 167.08 cm
    Age, 15
    (Indi Po akin to)
    Total calories
    = 2219
    2219-500 = 1719.

    Hi Kath. Pano po pag 88 kls. Nag try ako sa myfitnesspal my target calorie intake per day is 1620 gnwa ko nalang 1600. Should i come down to 1200 po tlga? Im from 91kls. 1mo doing light exercise and less carbs sa diet. Today i am weighing 87.50 any advice po? Salamat. Will be prepping these foods for my week meal.     Ako Naman Di nag calorie deficit.balance Lang kinakain KO.kaso ngalang Di ako nag rice at MGA sweets tubig Lang ako.for 1 year..nag loss talaga ako Ng bongga.until na 3years na akong Di nag rice dating 74 kilos maging 45 kilos nalang ako

    hello po pwede po ba magtanong?
    with regards for the MEAL PLAN, wala po kasi akong time magluto tapos busy ako parati, although i have time to exercise tuwing umuuwi kahit late night na for 10 to 15 minutes (aside from planks, squats and burpees, sinunod ko din yung mga workouts mo)so sa karenderya ako kumain, so the question is meron po bang alternative way for meal plan?
    by the way i started workout way the month of May via planks and burpees and last month i started intermittent fasting but have some adjustments...

    Hello po, ask lang po. Pwede po bang gumamit nalang po ng food scale para sa mga kakain sa isang araw? Para sure na hindi lalagpas sa calories na need lang kainin.

    Help 15 years old po ako and then gustong gusto ko po talaga pumayat from 70 to 54 na po ko ngayon kaso pansin po nila ginugutom ko po sarili ko kasi di na po aabot sa 400 or 500 ang kinakain ko sa isang araw kasi feeling ko babalik agad sa dati yung katawan ko,di ko hahayaan na lumagpas sa 400 calories tas ayoko din lumagpas sa 100 or 200 yung cholesterol nag cacalorie deficit po kasi ako yung budget ko nasa 300 pag cholesterol tas pag carbs 150 ayoko pong paabutin sa 100 gusto ko nasa mga 50 pababa nalang,masama po ba pag ganon ang ginagawa?:( ewan ko po sa sarili ko bat ganto na trauma lang siguro ako ayoko lang ma bully ulet

    Ako rin ginogoogle ko na rin every meal na kinakain ko Kasi nag lo loose weight ako..Ang sarap at healthy Naman ng breakfast to dinner recipes mo, gusto ko Rin Ang taste ng basil Kasi may tanim ako dati ng basil.ginagawa Kong powder.

    I'm not eating healthy. I consume 500-900 calories a day (without moving). First and second day were hard but now I get used to eat. This day.I consumed 380 calories but I'm not hungry at all. :< I'm alarmed. There's this guilt feeling whenever I eat.
