Hello sorry antagal kona tumigil magvlog 😔 to answer you question it depends sa kung anong diet ang ginagawa mo at kung anong target mo. If target mo is pumayat you have to try calorie deficit. Avoid binge eating kasi back to zero ka kapag nagbinge eat ka. You have to stay consistent to your daily calorie intake. Avoid too much carbs. Eat nutrient dense foods that with make you stay satiated. Know your target first that's where you should start and add exercise if kaya sa routine mo. Hope that helps 😊

Hi yes pero very little lang po then the next consecutive use it only purges po pag nagskip ako sa paggamit ng beautederm 🙂 But now that I experienced a lot from beautederm, I can say that hindi siya worth the money kung hindi ka hiyang. It's truly better to have your pimples checked by a dermatologist, by experience yung ginastos ko sa beautederm sana ipinanggastos ko nalang pampaderma. Yun lang po share ko lang hehe 🤗

Hi! Yes, meron po pero hindi na po siya ganun kavisible since yung skin hindi na po banat kagaya dati nung obese pa po ako :) Stretch marks are normal, it’s ok to have them :)

Hi Sis, sorry I wasn't able to reply to your question instantly. For side effects I've experienced dryness dun sa skin ng eyelids ko and mostly buong face and body skin ko. So be careful kasi parang nagkakaroon ng skin thinning when you take isotretinoin. You're prone to scratches and your skin gets sensitive. From Kojisan I switched to dove for my body soap and used lotions to keep my skin hydrated, soft and to prevent severe dryness. You'll also experience chapped lips as a side effect, so always apply petroleum jelly on your lips every single time.

@@njdeguzman5748 no po kailangan pa rin po ng laser treatment. Pero overtime naman po nawawala rin po yung mga hyperpigmentations depende po sa skin type. I'm not sure what to say kasi hindi naman po ako dermatologist but what I said po is based on my experience. Hindi po ako nagpalaser treatment. Just don't forget to put on sunscreen po kasi the sun enhances the red marks/hyperpigmentations po.

@@ellahreyes4546 hi sis, halos 7 months din ako sis naka accutane. Then naging ok naman results sa akin. Normal lang daw magkaroon ng zits pag magkakamens ka after accutance. Basta consistent ka lang sa checkups mo and intake ng accutane 😉
