      Create the life you want and than share the lessons and inspirations that come with it. That's for the content. For the tools: Use your phone or camera (if you have) to get started. Great lightning really makes a difference. Focus on action over analysis.

    How do we get intrinsic motivation?

    • @taminobaumann
      @taminobaumann  26 дней назад +1

      1. Try out different activities. We all have some activities we just enjoy more than others by default.
      2. Unlock/strengthen your curiosity for the work itself by learning more about the topic and practicing the skill. The better we are at something, the more we enjoy it. A good book on this topic: So Good They Can't Ignore You - Cal Newport.
      3. Focus on the journey vs. the outcome.
      4. Know why you do the work

  • @eastcoast4233
    @eastcoast4233 20 дней назад

    What’s a long period of time re focus? Said rather ambiguously. Most people can’t really do more than 45 mins of intense focus. Even the author of Deep Work Cal Newport only does 90mins per stint, with a daily total of about 4 hours.
