I like the raised kitchen and integrated seating however I couldn’t help but notice the location of the combi microwave; it doesn’t seem safe or hygienic that low to the floor.
Glad that your home renovation with your ID turn out the way you wanted. Cos we also engage the same ID from Studio Super Safari for our home renovation and it was a nightmare and we were left with an incomplete renovation.
Walk up apartment... i wonder it is those in tanjong katong, joo chiat, balesiter, novena location. I think if you get the 3rd floor of a walk up apt, you probably get a good price. Probably $1000 psf and below.
Too many product adverts in this video and corny design lingo picked up from your designer used to part a kid with his money. There is no visual connection from your kitchen to your can. Lol. They simply used a big enough leftover piece from the kitchen and plunked it into your washroom then sold you a story about visual connection. And voila. Here you are regurgitating the story.
