Love the relaxing vibes in here. However, I don’t understand why they went with a wet bathroom with no separation between toilet and shower. They have so much space to work with!
My house had the exact layout but my ID did not do a good job designing it and look so simple as compare to this but of course mine not a $120k reno. 😅

Very poor layout. Imagine staying in common bedroom and having to use bathroom quickly. Will have to traverse whole property! Also that long hallway or corridor they repurposed from additional bedrooms is such a waste of space. All that square footage is so precious in small spaces and condos. To not use it efficiently is a crime. The design esthetic and finishes were great but they get an F for layout and efficiency/functionality!
