Nice review, I was looking for how this grey one looked. A karambit isn't really an offensive weapon at all. It is for what we call counter-offensive techniques. You could be offensive with just about anything though. It's a blade that is from the martial of Silat. Also has been adopted by many Kali/Eskrima/Arnis practitioners.
I'm still concerned about the button lock because if it's just like the elementum 2 then it's not as secure as a cold steel triad lock. That matters for a tactical knife even though it's mostly a general use knife. I count the cold steel Frenzy six inch TI lite and espada XL Sr 1 lite as EDC general use knives. A big bad world needs a big bad knife.😊
I would not be concerned at all… I have mostly triad lock Cold Steel knives as my dedicated self-defense knives HOWEVER! I must say this… A karambit is kinda comparable to a dagger (let me explain). **Soft targets**… no cutting where hard materials are… no trying to get through Kevlar vests or jab through chainmail etc… While they unalive each other in prison with flimsy plastic, razor blades hot glued to tooth brushes and daggers forged from (believe it or not) toilet paper and Elmer’s Glue… Rest assured… the Incisor 2 will be enough for escaping a threat to your very life. 🫡
