Based on your video, I think I'm going to get out my big lobster pot and just just use the Instant Pot for the beans cuz I love a LOT of beans and won't have enough room for all the peppers, onions and tomatoes I'll be adding. I might throwing my beef in the Instant Pot with the beans, too, to ensure it's nice and tender because I'm going to cut up and sear an organic sirloin steak I got on sale. I love my Instant Pot, I have the biggest one available but all that's not going to fit. Besides, it's a cool autumn day and it'll be nice to simmer a huge pot of chili on my kitchen stove and I'll make good use of my freezer bags for future dinners.
AJ, normally I don't like watching cooking videos because they are more about the cook trying to become a celebrity chef than what they are cooking, or the cook is preachy about being a vegan OR the cook is so dry and monotone I could fall asleep. "I don't care about your Aunt Bertha's chilli cook-off grand prize, just make the damn chili, already!" This was the seventh video I've watched on Instant Pot Chili and I actually watched this one all the way to the end. I could watch you cook all day. No nonsense, you get right to it, you don't overlay obnoxious music or use a lot of editing and you're as soothing as that bowl of chili on a cold winter's day. I actually want you to ramble on about your Aunt Bertha. I just want to sit in your kitchen all day and talk about food and cooking. You're my kind of cook! Liked and subscribed. Thank you!
