- Got this guy off of eBay for £30 after a few repairs he runs flawlessly
DRIVE BELTS
First gen teddy:44mm and 32mm
Second/third gen/mickey/mothergoose/snoopy:44mm
The pinch roller in first gen teddy is approx 9mm in diameter and is 6mm high
Every other talker is 9.5mm diameter I think with a height of 6mm

I have that same first generation teddy ruxpin I paid $100.00 for my teddy ruxpin bundle i got teddy ruxpin grubby 3 books and 1 cassette i gently moved his eyes and mouth up and down and his eyes and mouth move when he tells the story

Hello! I also have a problem with my 1st Gen teddy, that it only plays with the cassette door half open. And in between, the sound only goes on the lowest level, and it is turned to maximum. So far, I have done 4 teddys successfully, but this stuck with me

Does anyone have a drawing of each terminal and which ones connect to the circuit board to make teddy run properly? I was repairing per you tube and my granddaughter removed terminals and I do not know which go where. I have a 1985 series one.
My first gen just needed belts and the motors were just locked up

By the way my teddy ruxpin talks too fast and sounds like a chipmunk I know how to repair these guys but I’ve never seen my teddy ruxpin randomly talking fast and it’s a first gen by the way do you know how to repair this?
The back of the neck where it connect to the plastic the adhesive comes loose of every one 😢what kind of glue do you use
I usually use hotglue or try to keep the original piece still glued to the body👍

I’m not entirely sure I just part out broken mickeys but it’s 9mm with a 1mm hole in the middle so not sure if that helps👍
