The problem is the constant changes. The team was gutted 3 years ago. They got rid of Justin Fields and got a rookie qb. Then, the offense of line was never addressed. This is not all Everglades fault. This was not the fault of the last two coordinators that were fired in 2 years and a defense of coordinator who abruptly quit last year. This is just another joke.
