If he wasn’t successful as a head coach we want a Winner! Pay for a Winner! Let’s stop wasting our talent with loosers. Right now we have elevated our offense majorly by changing play calling . We are more creative which we have to continue to be. It’s wonderful to see our offense opening up and growing! We need a Proven Winner our acting Head Coach should be in consideration as well as others. Caleb needs help but we need assistance to aid our entire offensive line. Defensively Fleus had done a very good job . If he had assistant that knows how to continue and add more new ideas than stay in house. If there isn’t enough experience that get some expand with. Pay for quality. We are young and not that far away to getting that Super Bowl for Virginia may she rest in Peace! Let’s get this right!

The problem is the constant changes. The team was gutted 3 years ago. They got rid of Justin Fields and got a rookie qb. Then, the offense of line was never addressed. This is not all Everglades fault. This was not the fault of the last two coordinators that were fired in 2 years and a defense of coordinator who abruptly quit last year. This is just another joke.

I think the Bears are going to be okay. If not this year maybe better next.

WE NEED SOME SOLID OFFENSIVE LINEMAN THAT WILL ALLOW CALEB THREE AND A HALF SECONDS TO LACE THE OFFENSE AND BALL OUT OUR QB1 CAN SLING THAT ROCK AROUND JUST NEED MORE PROTECTION AND WE BALLIN OUT CRAZY 4 OR 5 OFFENSIVE LINEMEN IN THE NFL DRAFT AND WE GAMING

Our defense has been there most of this season! The offense has not! Don’t build this game and team up! It’s not the players it’s the sideline staff. From our Head Coach down! We have light shinning on our offense with the change made, we need a lot more help. Only positive, alert thinking coaches. Greed of agents,players, coaches and some owners is slowly destroying a great sport! Our head coaches is terrible on key and crucial plays. I need to see more emotion and that’s from everyone Ownership to our entire staff. We have been on a downward spiral and it needs to stop! Offensive play calling was a major step up! Keep it up! Spunkiness and creativity that’s what I personally want to see. The fire that came with Ditka and Buddy Ryan. Light the fire and keep it going!

I Truly hope that Ben Johnson is the Next Head Coach for the Chicago Bears.

We don't have an ownership team that cares about winning...we have sucked so bad for so long I am almost numb to it - almost like I expect to lose. I'm just more than a little cynical...I have watched almost every Bears season with anticipation since the 1985 team when I was a little kid...we've only had about 3 seasons where I could say I was proud of our team's record and play. Literally almost EVERY season is marked by an IDIOT QB choice or trading away our best players for yet ANOTHER "building" year...yet they NEVER build an offensive line that can give our adequate QB more than .69 of a second to make a play....it is getting old very fast.

Let Allen go. He had so many opportunities to catch a ball from QB1 early in the season. It just so happens that he shows up for the GB game. I get it he's a veteran player, probably a really great person in the locker room. But the guy has seen better days. Love watching him play for the Chargers, not so much for DaBears. P.s. I'm glad I found this channel love the work 🐻⬇️
