I received my Hygger 978 this afternoon and it's lighting my tank now. I'm truly amazed that a light of its quality is available for such a low price. I had tanks of various sizes years ago and the lights were always expensive. I rate this light a 10 and hope other people catch on to what a remarkable light and deal it is.
So I just got this light today. Thank you again for the 20% off code😁 I got the 24inch light for my 20 gallon tall tank. Even through all my floating plants this light is bright. The colors are so clear and beautiful. I love how wide it is. I'm excited to try the 24/7 feature. I give this light 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
Ok, I bought the BASIC Hygger for the same $'s as their new HG 999 24/7 planted Aquarium light about 2 months ago..."On Sale" on Petnanny the HG 999 was 48 bucks and they still gave another 9.59$ with the Bishap Aquatics discount... Good Grief $38.40 delivered!!! Thank you Bishsp Aquatics!!!
So most of my aquarium lights are nicrew but I'm currently shopping for a new light for my 20 gallon tall tank and I am going to be purchasing this one from your link. Thank you so much for doing this video and the awesome discount code
Thanks for the video, I just got this light too. I read the manual, there are 10 different brightness from 1 to 10 stages(10%-100%-75%-50%-25%-10%-25%-50%-75%-100%). I see that it repeat different level, if I set it to 75% for 6 hours, is that mean the whole 6 hours will light up to 75% brightness? I just feel weird how they repeat the setting for 100%, 75%, 50%, 25% and 10%. I just tried the timer function for 6 hours, why the light change colour to red after a while? I thought it stay with same spectrum the whole time, what did I do wrong? I prefer to have 50% full spectrum for 6 hours without turning to red colour and different colour, making the brightness darker and may not be a good thing for the plants.
I guess it kind of depends on the plant, what were you thinking of? It probably will though, this little guy pumps out a good amount of light. I ran some high light plants under it, no co2.
Oh no! Have you contacted their support? I was a customer of theirs for years before I started doing videos and haven't had any issues like that. I'm sorry that was your experience with a company I suggested!
@@BishopAquatics All good its not your fault. Sent them a message yesterday so hopefully they’ll get back to me soon. It was a sick deal with their sale plus your code. $108 for two 48” Hygger advanced lights. Hopefully they come through
What mode did you use to grow plants with? I have this light on a 50 gal tank and was using it on the 24/7 mode and was getting all kinds of algae problems! Switched it to 50% for 6 hours and my plants would not grow, just upped it to 75% for 6 hours. Wondering if I should change it to 100% at 6 hours or should I go to 10 hours and what percentage of light? since my Amazon Swords and a few pink colored plants (sorry don't know the name) have such slow growth? @@BishopAquatics

I am really liking that light 👍👍👍
We do too! Definitely going to need to replace the grow light LEDS
Still on the market this light, I wondered if everything was still okay? And by the way your guppies are superb 👍
Yes 100% still working as day 1. I think you can see it most recently in this video :) ruclips.net/video/PXq-dN-o8VU/видео.html
Hi do you think this light will grow medium difficulty plants with no Co2.
I guess it kind of depends on the plant, what were you thinking of? It probably will though, this little guy pumps out a good amount of light. I ran some high light plants under it, no co2.
Thanks for the reply i was thinking Christmas moss. That will be the only medium level plant in the tank.
Oh yeah, it will blow any moss out of the water so to speak haha.
I need an adjustable one for the 10gallon, definitely gonna put my discount to use.
Currently in my main breeding tank its a NiCrew 2nd Gen LED.
Awesome, let me know how you like it! make sure to get the right size!
I agree 10 out of 10
Same light is still going strong!
Bought these from the site using your code and they literally sent me the 24/7 model instead of the Advanced and only 1 instead of the 2 I ordered..

I’ll check them out I would like to change my current lights
This was the second Hygger light I've tested. Extremely happy with both of them. Just don't submerge it in water haha
Is this light good for high tech tank?
Worked great for us, ran it with and without Co2 and using a sponge filter, worked fantastic for growing both red and green plants.

You can't control the color spectrum on those. You can only change the colors.
The spectrum is changed automatically in the 24 hour cycle tough.
Model #?
worst light ever. the settings never stay at 100 and clock always wrong.
good job
