When you were changing the dual toxocist evolution to show how bad the recoil is, evolution didn't actually change because simulacrum is bugged like that (who would've thought). To apply the change you have to change your loadout in some way i.e. choose different weapon.
And right now the vasto incarnon is bugged in the simulacrum too. The 1st one on evo 2 just doesn’t even apply and outright looks like it’s nerfing the numbers on its stat card it’s hilarious.
@@aarushbayyana9769 Damn, you're right. My bad. But the funny thing is - what i said is true either way. Just checked in the sim, recoil on the dual tox takes effect only when you change your loadout.
I've been having fun with Enervate on the Zymos. I seriously doubt that it's better than Secondary Outburst, but not having to keep track of a timer has been nice
I did not see anyone talk about leatum so i will. Last evo from Laetum (the one with 400 base damage stacking up to 1200) is busted with blast. You can still use -crit and +status on the evo before and enervate for the crit chance. Just build for crit dmg Corro, Blast and multishot. The last Evo is getting triggered from blast explo bc it doesnt count as status or crit. Works great used it in a lvl cap Cascade with only Nourish as a Gun Buff.
Enervate works well on tenet cycron and even the Gaze kitgun. I think what i like most about the arcane is that you save a modslot or two of crit chance and add whatever else you need.
Videos like this make me super thankful for the jade shadows update, we have so much more freedom in modding instead of the brainrot “slash viral bane go brr hehe big number OP meta” 🙏
Yeah! Outside of Radiation still being kinda meh, all the other statuses are worth building in certain scenarios. It's been very refreshing having all this freedom ^_^
Just to throw this in here aswell. Iam enjoying my Ocucour alot more with Enervate - than with Cascadia Flare. Running Blast+Magnetic feels just right on that gun :')
Ive been enjoying it on the Tysis, taking it from pure status, to a hybrid, it's pretty fun watching enemies get hit with a bunch of exploding orange clouds of number. definately gets the dopemine kickin'
The explosion from the blast dot is not counted and a weapon hit hence why it allows you to red crit. Theres a youtube video that shows a kompressa blast build that deals damage/interger cap because of the blast interaction. Shoot floor with kompressan bubble explosions and blast explosions stack enervate without needing to hit a target. This is most certainly a bug and not an intended mechanic of enervate.
@@Ark-ane KOmpressa aoe is bugged , blast can’t crit so that’s totally intended it’s more a KOmpressa having so much innate multi shot too on top of having bugged crit chance interactions but that’s another problem haha
Yeah, Kompressa erroneously applies external crit modifiers multiplicatively. Shortly after Cascadia Accuracy came out, I used it with Yareli (Eclipse subsumed iirc? I had a few Yareli builds) to hit -2.1 billion damage.
Refreshing to see truly new stuff. Out of all the weapons, the last one I'd thought about using enervate would be the dual toxo. For a non riven buid, like you said rivens are very expensive, this would definitely be the best way to go
The Epitaph Prime might be a good candidate. Its quick shot has a 4% crit chance on hit, 0% crit chance on radial. The radical crit chance cannot go above zero. The charged shot however, has a 50% base critical chance, and a base 4.2 critcal multiplier. It easy to put a bunch of status on it. So you can still buff the base crit chance of the charged with crit mods, and the crit mutiplier goes above 10x with Merciless gunfight, magnetic might, and prime target breaker, with a modded crit chance of 143%. So you charge up your crits while also priming your targets using the quick shots, and kill anything with the charged shot. Gives an already great primer some additional utility. The epi could already do this to an extent but this would take it to an entirely new level.
@@fantasticthemood Lots of reasons actually. Many game modes specifically lock you into a choice of weapons. The circuit, deep Archimedean come to mind. I don't understand what about the shooting mechanic you think is "bad" The epitaph is commonly referred to as one of the best primers in the game, covering a huge area quickly, and it still does that with the arcane, but now charges larges amounts of stored crit while priming, that you can unleash huge sniper rounds as a bonus. lots of people in my clan happily use the epitaph as their main primer, this just gives an already popular weapon additional utility. By this logic, why use any secondary that ins't the laetum, or any primary that isn't the torid?
Just realized one thing - you cannot fit a full build with a riven on it if you were use maxed-out mods. 9 full-forma in, and still can't fit either Primed Target Cracker or the Riven. I decided to go in for Magnetic Might (riven has cold and CD). Talk about TIIIIIIIIIIIIIGGGGGHHHTTTTTT build - oof!
Just a heads up, he did leak his riven build in the video haha. To fit in the riven, he dropped his "steady hands" in exilus down by 1 level. This means he has - 95% recoil instead of - 110% recoil. The 5% recoil shouldnt be that much of an issue, so you should try that instead. Edit: according to the wiki the incarnon evolution is -50% recoil, but the video shows -60% recoil. I dont own a dual toxocyst myself so I cant confirm, but if it is -60% recoil, youll still hit -100% recoil reduction, with rank 2 steady hands.
if you haven't tried inarnos with null star for the damage reduction then threw life steal or life strike on the melee to restore health, i have it on the slampotes its nuts. hadn't played inaros in years and its definitely my new favorite.
It seems to be any status effect damage instances and not just blast that can stack up enervate without critting and resetting it. Might have to test again but xata's whisper and toxic lash may or may not be stacking up secondary enervate as well
I thought you were gonna say it's bugged and isn't supposed to give a flat 10% crit chance on hit or something and that DE was gonna nerf it, like how they absolutely butchered the crit chance bonus on orange shards making them actually a joke unless you use a full tau set, wasting more useful shards.
I would assume that its due to a massive amount of simultaneous bubble detonations instantly causing a surge in the crit chance causing red crits before it resets. Technically, enervate does not “cap” you at orange crits, it simply RESETS from them (or higher) so if you have dozens of simultaneous white/yellow hits that cause an instant stack of hundreds of percents of crit chance, it will enable red crits to occur before reset as opposed to orange on weapons that function normally
did punchthrough break on the nukor again? i remember they patched out additional chaining on punchthrough hit around the same time they reduced the amount of targets it could chain to.

Generally bullet hoses with mediocre crit chance as they can quickly recover from the reset crit chance, like akzani. Status heavy weapons tend two not get as much out of the arcane since this arcane essentially replaces your crit chance mod, but status heavy weapons aren’t running crit chance mods. On most other weapons this is essentially a sidegrade two SP arcanes as it snowballs faster but plateaus lower. An interesting interaction is with shotgun secondaries like rogga where the crit chance is updated after the shot connects, so you can have a full pellet burst of like 30 pellets all critting, though this is kinda clunky since most shotgun secondaries tend two be slow firing and the 1 actual bullet hose shotgun being pyrana already has more than viable crit
