I Released an Apex Predator into My Giant Rainforest Vivarium

  • I created my dream tank, a 1000 gallon cloud rainforest vivarium, called Pantdora, and it's purpose is to study how tropical ants and other exotic creatures live in the wild. I already added an initial team of animals into the terrarium, but it was missing a very important player in the food chain: an apex predator. In this episode, we release my chosen apex predator into the Pantdoran rainforest, and the result was pretty awesome. Hope you enjoy this week's episode, Part 7 of my Ecosystem Vivarium Series. Ant love forever! This video was shot in 4K Ultra HD resolution.

I think they stand a better chance in Pandora than in nature and I wouldn't compare this to the hunger games your humanizing insects, and its been clearly stated it is being documented as a scientific evaluation as well.
I personally used to hate every insect until I ran into this channel, I really think that this is a great way to learn about nature by slicing it and in this sense this person has considered every aspect so that it wouldn't be a total blood bath.
You have to respect the planning and the initiative put into this...hunger games no, a great way to understand what happens in nature, usually caused by humans anyway and using nature to balance it seems a great way for people to see up close the consequences of our own actions.
But that's me #justsayin because I will agree to disagree with your comment.

I disagree with other commenters on here, I know not all (especially the extreme) phobias can be beaten or ignored despite what people say sadly, however, I can still love and enjoy insects like ants and other animals massively, I am even studying zoology at university! I am highly invested in this vivarium's story! Over the past several months, I've used your videos as a way to desensitize myself towards insects and even grow to love them through your stories. Watching the huntsman mating was hard but it felt good to push myself out of my comfort zone. That experience was greatly enhanced by your commentary on the huntsman life cycle and the great honor you give each animal that is part of Pantdora. This is probably one of my favorite videos on your channel.

Not been here in a while and I’ve came back and see a lot has changed that the tanks are now at the point that they are a giant living entity you have to make offerings to.
    Jeez what have I missed.
On a side note, I just want to thank you and your community for everything.
The work you do is fantastic it’s literally the best, along with your community; it’s super friendly.
This channel has got me through some tough times, it kept me grounded, it relaxed me, it helped me, I used your voice as ASMR and helped develop a decent sleeping pattern for the first time in about a decade.
It reignited my interests for nature and helped me to develop a hobby to keep me busy, keep me relaxed and my stress levels down.
When times were tough I’d come and watch and feel like it was normal again that I had not a care in the world.
I just want to say, I’m a just over a year clean after about 15 years of hell and I am now building my life back together.
Your channel really helped me in the dark days and especially to get through that early period of change.
I just want to thank you AntsCanada, for all your hard work and everything you’ve done for me and much love to you and your community.
